good match for original battery - diagnostics show spec is identical
My HP Envy was showing the classic HP problem of rapidly reducing battery capacity and drain when switched off. The HP Battery Diagnostics finally called quits on the original battery so I set about looking for a replacement.HP's own store no longer sell this battery (for a laptop bought new less than 3 years ago) so I took a chance on an aftermarket replacement.Fitting took around 10 minutes - don't forget the two screws hidden under the two small rubber pads under the laptop! and the laptop fired up straight away.Initial charge was circa 75% so I let the laptop run down to 50% then charged it. Ran diagnostics and it showed the battery perfectly matches the original specs and capacity of the OE battery.Recommended!

Battery life is very poor

Disappointed
Was really pleased with this product when I first fitted it. Battery life wasn't as long as the original one when new but it was a good few hours. Just over a year on (and typically outside of the warranty) the battery now won't hold a charge and I can only use my laptop while it's plugged in.

Began to deteriorate in 18 months
Fitted well. 18 months on, the battery will not fully charge and charges less with each charge. Shame, I initially though it was a great replacement.

La batterie a très bien fonctionné pendant 2 mois puis elle est brutalement tombée en panne : elle ne prenait plus la charge.Le vendeur l’a remplacé immédiatement et sans frais. Espérons que la nouvelle tiennent plus longtemps

Cumple con las expectativas. El tiempo de carga y descarga es similar a la batería original, y se adaptó a la perfección desde el principio. Muy recomendable si la batería original ha resultado dañada.

Guter Akku - 1 Stern Abzug für Passform
Habe den Akku für ein ENVY Notebook als Ersatz gekauft - nach Einbau hat die Klickfunktion vom Touchpad nicht mehr funktioniert. Grund war eine Schweißnaht am Akku, die einen halben mm zu dick war. Durch Abschneiden der Naht mit einem scharfen Messer und Abkleben mit Klebestreifen passte der Akku wieder rein. Seit dem ist alles gut :-)

Malos acabados
El conector estaba pegado con la lámina adhesiva que proteje las celdas, estando el cable enroscado en dirección contraria a la que debería. La protección de los cables es mínima y hay que ponerlos con cuidado de no romperlos. Los agujeros de los tornillos no están lisos.El funcionamiento parece correcto, veremos que duración tiene la batería, los acabados son malos pero si el resultado es suficiente, la bateria dentro del portátil no se ve.
