Q: Can you completely pull out the drawers?

Yes you can. Each one comes out & you swap it to the end (open section) so you can slide whatever your cutting across to the hole & into the drawer. Handy for washing them too.

Q: Where is it manufactured

We manufacture these at our factory in People's Republic of China. The actual quality and manufacturing process and the product design happens at home here in Austin, Texas. Hope this helps.
