The first item that was shipped did not work, but the seller immediately sent a replacement shipment when I answered a few questions about my Lenovo laptop and sent them pictures of the unit received. The second one is perfect and is exactly as advertised and identical to the charger that came with my Lenovo laptop.

I usually can't get more than about 18 months out of a Lenovo power adapter, so I was glad to find this one when the old one developed the usual problem- broken wires at the 20 volt plug end. This is identical to the old one, so I should be good for another 18 months.

charges my lenovo but its a pitty the three pin plug to the end is the one with all the pins together would have been happier with the next one which is further apart and can fit in all three pin outlets without an adapter .

It's doing a great job. It meets my needs. Not to much you can say about a cord.
