Savlon - Antiseptic Cream-100 g

Savlon seems to be the best antiseptic cream I have ever come across. It's too bad this product is not available for over the counter purchases in the US.

This antiseptic product is worth every cent. A small application limits the start of an infection and or quickly treat the initial stages of a skin infection. The product arrived quickly and with an expiration date that was 1 year out. I have 2x tubes. One for upstairs and one for downstairs.

A friend of mine from Europe suggested this for a sunburn. I told her that I use aloe vera juice and she said just try those so I ordered it. And it took the sting out with the quickness. I try not to get sunburnt but being a light skinned human it happens quite often. So, the stuff worked wonders. Now, I have been told that the red has gone out of my skin but I’m pretty much fully blind so I’m not sure if it actually did. The sting is gone and I’m guessing I don’t blow in the dark anymore. Buy the stuff.

My husband grew up in Europe and his mother always used Savlon. He now has me hooked on it. I was at the beach and later that evening I was covered in sand flee bites, I was so itchy! I tried cortisone which gave some relief but I finally gave Savlon a try and the relief was wonderful! Not only does it stop the itch but healed up the bites. This is now my go to first aid and anti itch creme.

Product was fine but very poorly packed .......in just a plastic bag, so had been crushed

Watery product. I have used Savlon for several years and this was the first tube I have received that was runny to the extent it is difficult to use for its intended purpose. This is a manufacture's issue, not Amazon's so I'm conflicted about my options. I do intend to repurchase in the smaller size, to see if it's feasible to continue using this product,

Don’t be fooled, as soon as I opened this I new it wasn’t real . The box is a cheap copy . The ingredients are not correct and never is the picture. It also doesn’t have its normal smell .I definitely DO NOT recommend this . Shame on you Amazon for letting people sell it . God knows what’s in it . ( check it against the ingredients of the real ones) more fool me for not checking it)

As good as it's always been and no stinging so perfect for your kids grazes etc, I always called it magic cream lol.. instantly known to stop tears🤭 Speaks volumes when you end up with a huge infected wound and the stuff the Dr gives you doesn't work!! Used this with sticky dressings I bought from Amazon and vit D daily and it's nearly gone. It stopped it from drying out and sticking to the dressing and drew all the infection out, when I used the stuff prescribed it was getting bigger and deeper and I was panicking I'd end up in hospital. Im a retired NHS worker and knew what I was doing, flushed the wound with saline, dressed and covered with a self adhesive bandage so nothing could get in. Warning if using the gel Savlon, it can stop the infection from being drawn out, great for simple grazes though

My wife bought Savlon when the children were small to treat those little everyday cuts and scratches. It remains the best antiseptic cream available. Now we are old I keep a couple of tubes about the place to salve those bouts of clumsiness resulting in scraped knuckles and cut fingers that seem to be pandemic as you get old and doddery.

Kills bacteria..in 30 seconds..fungus..yeast and viruss...humans and dogs cats etc...petdent toothpaste has it(amazon)....got it fot cracks on feet and hands....mmmmthankyou for this offer...got it in bathroom kitchen and bedroom....can be a week before pesky cracks leal..not with this tho...must get liquid to dilute as spray says affects viruss...if..cant get dettol cos of panickers...refuse to pay inflated prices for dettol tho its good.....

Savlon cream is my go to if i need it for cuts & scrapes or to use in conjunction with medical issues, the cream itself doesnt have a horrible smell and it works really well and isnt greasy or leaves stains on the clothing like some other brands. As a antiseptic xream i give it 5 ***** totally recommend my only tip is when it comes to value for money buy the 100g tube as theres not much difference betwedn the 30g & 100g tubes.
