4 Pc Flower-Type Washing Machine Floating Lint Mesh Bag Hair Filter Net Pouch, Floating pet Fur Catcher，Floating Washing Machine Filter Washer Lint Trap

I bought these to try for pet hair. They actually catch alot of lint and hair. I'm not in total awe of the product but will continue use until I find something better.

I used both of these items in the washer and when they came out there was no hair in them, but still lots on my clothes.

In order for these things to work they must first float. HE washers use less water, a lot less. That said, they really don’t get the opportunity to float. They work by skimming pet hair and other flotsam from the surface of the water. Old school top load washers which allow you to determine the water level, a real plus if you have pet blankets and cloth diapers. You need water to rinse away those bodily fluids. Front loaders and HE top loaders just don’t use enough water for this ingenious device to work effectively.

This product only works for normal washers, not high-efficiency ("HE") washers. HE washers uses less water, so this floating thing is null.Didnt bother returning it, could be used as pool a floaty thingy.Seller should have added that as a disclaimer. Not for HE washing machines.

This product does not work in the energy efficient washers. It does not work unless the washer fills completely up with water and the newer models are built to use less water thus leading to no use for this product.

I was really hesitant to purchase these because of the terrible reviews. But these things have been through at least 9 washes since I received them last week and I love them! The reason for only 4 stars is because one of the nettings did come undone BUT I was able to fix it easily!People are having such a terrible time with these because they are either using them with front loaders (which you can’t do) or their water levels aren’t high enough per load with their top loaders. In order for these to work, there NEEDS to be enough water for them to freely float on top. Either add extra water per load or cut down on your load sizes. I posted a photo of all the stuff that was caught when I washed a small fur rug last night. I couldn’t believe it! I love these things and they work great! There is a certain way to use them and they just aren’t being used properly, which is why they’ve been getting poor reviews.But like I said, there needs to be enough water for them to be able to bob in the water above your clothes, they can’t touch, or they won’t be able to function properly. This is my most useless purchase ever on Amazon and the entire universe. It's not worthy of using any word to describe its uselessness. A total waste of my money, time and everything. Do not purchase.
