A simple and nice back brace. My wife keeps asking me to correct my posture when I sit in front of the computer, so to calm her down I got this. It does help with my posture. Plus, no more bothering wife. Totally worth it.

It was a little confusing to use at first but once I got it on, I noticed quite a bit of pain relief in my shoulders and upper back. I wear it while working from home or doing house chores. Would definitely buy again!

Helps with the shoulder part but if you are a huge hunched I would get a full back one cause you’ll still hunch with your lower back

Such a simple product and good price...but it really does help. It’s backpack straps without the weight of the bag, basically. I play video games and tend to slouch on my couch (haha) and it leaves me with a LOT of neck pain, which in turn becomes a migraine. Since I started wearing this while playing, it has greatly reduced my pain and after not wearing it yesterday, my pain has returned...so yes, it works. It’s only going to help with upper back and neck issues in case it isn’t obvious from the design. That was just what I needed.

So, I tried many different way to help improve my posture.It does not have proper armpit support.No back plate to keep or help your back to stay straight. Only thing does is move my shoulder up, nothing else.

Got this to help posture but the straps bind the armpits and the back piece rides up so it does little to help posture. Only benefit is it hurts more when your shoulders are forward so it is a reminder to pull them back.

Well made
