Easiest replacement ever. Worked exactly as neede
The ice maker fit perfectly and the provided wiring harness work too. It was a bit long, but I was able to tuck it out of the way.

Easy install
The ice maker isn’t as good quality as my original ice maker for my Sub Zero 632 . The install was easy. I bought 2 of these units. The first one had issues. The second one seems to be working OK. Time will tell.

Hung the same as old one, pay attention. May need old trip rod.
The ice maker fit exactly as the original. Easy to install. Makes perfect ice.

Worked for subzero 632 but a little different
This worked as a replacement for my subzero model 632 but was not the same as the original OEM. The cubes were more squared off (single crescent versus double crescent) and the tray is plastic versus the original metal. They provide a wire harness to tie in which leaves extra cord hanging around. For the price I think it was worth it though.

Would not work with SUB ZERO 601F
The ice maker, SZ7002738, would have never worked in the SUB ZERO 601F.The actuation arm (On?Off) for the ice machine would have never let the ice maker turn off. The arm wanted to raise higher the the stationary freezer shelf would allow.I called SUB ZERO prior to this purchase. SUB ZERO placed me in touch with their authorized parts distributor Coastal Sun. I got the part number for my freezer along with a $163.00 price. The SUB ZERO 601F part number is 7002738.I took the part number and ordered an after market ice maker from this vendor. The part numbers Xref perfectly.So again - this ice maker SZ7002738 would not work on the SUB ZERO freezer 601F.I usually never write reviews , this is like the 2nd time in 15 years have been a Prime member. I did so because if it helps someone else that has the same freezer as me they will not have to go through the experience that I did.Frank
