The cushion is well made and comfortable. I like the fact that I can remove some of the filling if I wish, though at the moment I’m using it “out of the box”. Combined with my meditation mat, I am now able to sit much longer, and my hip and knee discomfort is reducing after a week of use. I think the cushion will last a long time, and will benefit me greatly

Great cushion that I am finding really helpful for my yoga classes as I have a hip problem. You can take out some of the buckwheat to make it more comfortable and the cover is removable & washable.

Very well made Zafu with quality materials and superb comfort due to its firmness giving the correct support. Good strong zipper allows access to the inner bag which holds the buckwheat and prevents spillage of the hulls. I looked at many Zafu and chose this one for its dimensions and other reviews. It is also a great price compared to some other suppliers, and I must say I am thrilled that I bought it. Just what I wanted! Thank you Basaho for making this Zafu available, and for holding on to good ethical ideals. If anyone needs a great meditation cushion, this is the one!

I deliberated for ages over getting a cushion, do I really need it ? The answer is YES! My posture is so much better and I am able to meditate for much longer without thinking about my back or my knees or my ankles. I will never go back.

I recently bought this meditation cushion and I'm absolutely satisfied with the purchase. The price is great for such a good quality of the fabric. The cover is durable, doesn't stretch. The zipper is practically invisible and gives easy access to the inner lining if one needs to adjust the height and density of the cushion. The size provides full support when sitting in meditation posture. I recommend this product!

It looks nice and is comfortable to sit on and does not get hot or cold. I removed some of the filling, to make it softer to sit on. I have safely kept the portion that was removed so that it can go in later when the cushion would sink more with use.

Really like the ethos behind the company, natural product and affordability. Would have liked to have been able to get a different colour (black does not hide my dusty floors!) but only available was black.

Great product. Great height, stability, washable, durable, good colour options and comfort. I can’t say enough good things about this product. I have the mat along side and together are simply perfect for meditation sessions.
