For the price, this is fantastic and very well built, you would think it would cost more! Buy one! It's a steal, works well. The only thing letting it down is the poor instruction book and remote control which does not work well. It dont take much to work out how to use it, i dont bother with the remote and use the controls on the actual unit. I use it everyday and have found my muscles have toned up and I've lost some weight just by standing on it and doing nothing! Fantastic!!!

Well made product. Sturdy. Helpful seller.It's a vibration plate and works well.I cannot tell you whether it will help you to lose weight.That's not what I bought it for but i do think that it helps with circulation.I use it for pain and I think it has been very helpful.I use it at least 3 times a day for at least 10 minutes at a time.One has to 'learn' how to use it to get the maximum benefit from it (how and where to put one's weight on it , for the vibration to be focused on a particular area)If one wants to lose weight a machine is not likely to be the answer.This can definitely help muscles relax ,if used in the right way.It does not consume a lot of current.

I gave this 4 stars due to the machine's remote not working and therefore the machine is not programmable.On the positive, there is a good range of vibration on the plate and although you don't feel you are making much of an effort, you soon get sweat on if using weights or doing squats.It's a decent bit of fitness equipment for the money.

It could have clearer instructions on how to use it and the different programs. Apart from that good value , very quiet, use on hard floor not carpets for better results.
