Decorate a Snowman With 35 Stickers

Such a good idea, but made very cheaply and so does not work out.The total size of the book is a quarter of a letter sheet. You open the booklet and there are a total of one full sheet of stickers to place on a half-size letter sheet of space. The sticker sheets are stapled inside and the booklet is the image that you place the stickers onto, which is made of a sturdier card stock. The stickers are very thin, easily tears, and are thus NOT reusable.I ordered several of these based on the glowing reviews. I have a 2 and 4 year old and have been through the gamut of books and found much better quality at dollar stores. I am really flabbergasted and suspicious of how highly these books are rated.Save your money and just order a bigger book. We love Roger Priddy books - great quality, very sturdy and vibrant images. He has great content - puzzles, content recognition, letters/numbers, etc. Cannot recommend these highly enough. He even has some editions with CD with all the sticker images on them, just in case you need extras -- torn or misplaced stickers. His books are keepers after all the sticker fun is done.

I'm posting this same review on the 4 different Dover Sticker Activity Books I purchased for the holidays. I intended them to be little activities for my 4 year old, to keep him occupied for a bit. They served that purpose on numerous occasions, and he still has them. I've purchased them in years past and noted they were now considerably smaller than the ones I'd bought before, but I was still shocked at just how small they are in reality. They really should stop calling them "books," because they're not anymore. Just a page of cardstock quality paper folded in half, a page of stickers, that's it. This is why they get a 4, not a 5. Overall, I'm pleased with them, they make great stocking stuffers, are easy to take along, and are reasonably priced.

These were given to my 2 & 4 year old grandchildren, believeing it might give them a few minutes of quiet time during the hectic days leading to Christmas. I was wrong. They were busy for a good amount of time discussing where to place each decoration. Although a bit of disagreement ensued, no loud noises or fights occurred. They had a good time and rehashed their success to their Mom & Dad and all grandparents in full detail and were crushed when they got home from daycare to find the snowman had “ melted away” in mid January. This was an excellent activity for any child. Very pleased with purchase.

I bought this for my 3.5 year old. She needs some help with getting the stickers off and I actually slightly ripped the hair for the girl "snowman" but not enough to make it unusable.The first thing that I noticed is that you have to take out the staples and remove the sheets of stickers so that you can gain access to the decorate the snowman.There are four sets of snowman themes:- a girl with ponytail hair and accessories (gloves, scarf)- a "momma" (this is what my daughter calls it) with glove, hat and scarf accessories- a traditional snowman with a corncob pipe- another snowman with button eyes, hat and scarf, gloves, etcMy daughter decorated the first one and then asked if there was another snowman to decorate, but I told her that you have to remove the stickers first because there is not another separate one to decorate.Overall though, it is cute and sweet. I had some trouble placing the stickers back onto the sticker sheets and I am not sure how long they will be reusble but the price is very low for this item so no complaints!

This would be wonderful if it were a decent size. It is so small that a young child will have trouble using it. An older child would not be interested in it. One star was the best I could do..........and that was for the basic concept, but it needs work.

Cute little activity book that makes a great stocking suffer.

My 18 month old loves stickers and this didn’t disappoint. She stuck and restock the stickers hundreds of times.

There's a lot of fun accessories to decorate your snowman with, but most of them you won't get to use because the stickers aren't resusable and the stickers aren't the easiest for young kids to get off either. This winter activity entertained my sticker-loving kid for all of a minute maximum. I'll be sticking with the Melissa and Doug Reusable sets from now on.

My two young grandsons loved making the snowman. There are four sets of stickers (two male, two female) and the stickers peel off easily and are interchangeable.. My boys decided to use the extra stickers on snowmen that they drew.themselves. Great little booklet for busy little hands!

super tiny. it took my child 30 sec to finish it. not worth the money or the trouble of ordering it.

Great book for the grandkids! Reusable stickers to be placed on the snowman for hours of enjoyment. The price made it possible to buy a few of these books
