Did not help The TV reception in anyway. The installation wasn’t the problem it was have in the unit to perform it was absolutely a waste of money would not recommend this amplifier for the average person

I installed as directed. The red led indicated power was on but had no output ( no channels on TV receiver). Without this amp I get many channels but some channels pixelate due to a weak signal. I bought this amp to improve the signal strength but it appears DOA. Returning for refund. NOT happy with Amazon return policy….I should not have to pay for return postage ($22.00) when the product received was defective Dead on Arrival. ☹️

It appears to me that this unit is incompatible with Comcast cable. At least, it didn't work at all when I installed it on the cable from the street. If this is indeed a problem, it needs to be documented in the advertising.

This device arrived totally broken. Actually degraded in quality from a different unit that was also broken that this was going to replace. Installed by professionals and tested. Avoid this.

I’m not sure if I just didn’t do something right or this amplifier was just a waste of money, but it did absolutely nothing to amplify or boost the signal from my house out to my garage where I needed service.

THIS UNIT DOES NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED! THERE ARE ADJUSTMENT PORTS BUT FOR LOOKS ONLY, THIS IS A SOLID 40DB AMP, NOT THE ADJUSTABLE 50DB AMP AS ADVERTISED. TESTED BY PROFESSIONALS!

Did not improve my long cable run at all. However the returns department refunded my money with no problems. +1 for customer service.
