Laptop Camera Cover, Trobing Webcam Cover, Ultra Thin Privacy Protector

Their claims are incorrect. Claims it does not interfere with camera lights etc. But in fact on all of my laptops (Surface pro) and dell, it interferes with a microphone and IR camera (surface) and other light sensors.They should actually list the type of configurations they work with instead of making a blanket claim. We buyers rely on these claims when making a purchase. I spent 50% more and bought this based on the claim which was very wrong.

I used to stick a piece of tape over the face-cam on my laptop and iPad. Finally a product that looks good enough to be unobtrusive, does the job, AND I was able to install it without covering other important sensors. Unfortunately I couldn’t do it with my iPhone XS. The frame covered sensors on the phone.But, I bought them for my computer and iPad and they work so well I bought some for my brother, who loves them. They are on his laptop, his wife’s laptop and iPad.

I had a coworker turn me on to these. You should have seen my old system (I wish I had taken a picture). But it consisted of a cut piece of a sticky note with scotch tape keeping it on my monitors. I work from home, so I have 3 monitors, two with cameras. I was tired of the cameras coming on when I entered work meetings. I also have an iPhone and iPad. Bought the 6 pack. Now all my devices are using these. A much more elegant solution.

These do what they are intended but the slider moves too easily and I have already had it open without knowing it multiple times. Basically, every time I open or close my laptop I end up bumping it open. Only other thing I would like to see is a slightly larger lens opening so its easier to include the camera and light within the opening. It just barely covers both on my 13" macbook pro.

I love the idea and design. It's small and thin so doesn't bother me. However need to replace frequently, after a couple months of use, it doesn't stay locked.

These are nice and thin with some pretty decent adhesive. I give these out like popcorn at work where we use MacBook pros. The laptops can still close and the devices slide open and closed with these.

Of all the ones that came in the package, only 2 of them worked well. The rest were loose and wouldn’t stay closed and broke apart easily. But the two that were good work well.

Very impressed and have installed them on my home, office and employee's laptops.
