awes!ome program!
I can't say enough good things about this program. I have been doing exercise dvds for years now and have probably been through hundreds of them. This is among the best. Incredible value, especially considering all the extras you get with the dvds (though I have to say I didn't use the ball and tubing as I already had these items). There are modifications shown for many of the exercises and you can use either dumbells or the tubing (both are demonstrated). There are three phases of toning workouts, and even the most difficult phase is easier on the joints than most programs. These workouts can be long, some up to 50 plus minutes, but they are actually fun, so the time flew by. I would say this is a solid intermediate program for the first 2 phases and an intermediate/advanced for the second. Not as impressed with the Nutrition program, so didn't really follow it.

Impressed!
Can I also say that this was such a bargain?? For everything I received, I couldn't believe it was so inexpensive. After performing the workouts in the METRx program for one full month, I feel like I got my money's worth. I'm pretty fit and work out several times a week, but I still felt like this program added some variety to my routine and pushed me pretty hard. I supplement this with pilates and ballet classes. I was primarily looking to further tone up my arms and abs, and I love my results thus far. I feel like this program isn't as intense as the other programs out there (like P90X) and that it really focuses on building people up instead of throwing intense high-impact cardio at viewers straight out of the gate. The DVDs are well-paced, so I never fall behind. Also, workouts vary in time - you could be working out for 30 minutes or 60 depending on the day if you follow the schedule for these DVDs.My one complaint is that sometimes the counts are off during the workouts. I just count on my end so I'm not doing less reps than I am supposed to.If you're looking for super intense cardio workouts, something similar to P90X or T25, this isn't it. It's still a great set though.

Ball sucks. The rest works perfectly though

I think its funny they show fit men useing it
The hand pump does not work, the resistance band is a joke, I think its funny they show fit men useing it, it offers no resistance at all. The whole things pretty cheap quality. The healthy eatting guide has some good recipies atleast. If your looking for 80s style Jane Fonda cardio its probably good but if your looking for strength training dont waiste your money...despite advertising its no p90x.After trying out a couple more dvds it seems to be better, mabey they just realy try to ease you into it. I still think alot of the stuff that came with it is poor quality but considering the price i cant be too disapointed.

Love it so far! Will update
Okay if you are like me, you search the internet all day long for that magic pill to lose weight..well point blank, nothing can help us right? Anyways I have been exercising for years yet I do consider myself a beginner because I could never keep up in any other classes or dvds at home. So starting this program, I love it so far! I do agree it is a tad bit slow and tedious but you can keep working out while he talks, doing your own reps. The kit came with everything shown, but I definitely love the fitness journal. It has everything in there you need- you just fill out how many reps you have done with how much weight, write down your feelings and reflections, your goals, etc. The ball now is WAYYY too small. I just tossed it and went and bought a 65cm ball from Walmart. This ball is the size of the ones toddlers play on that have that little handle if that gives you an idea. Anyways I will keep checking back in here to upstate my results and star rating if need be.Start: 11/24/2014 Workout starting pretty slow, but I feel the burn and muscles aching.30 Days In (1/17/2015): So I am checking in more than just 30 days later- my original check in date should have been 12/24/2014...mainly because of personal problems which kept me from working out but I did pick back up where I left off and finished. I have to say the first month is terribly slow and while I have no weightloss (me stopping and going repeatedly on the dvds and skipping days, bad eating habits, ignoring the cardio, etc) my muscles have felt the burn anyways. I literally wake up the next day slower. And I have three sets of weights and resistance bands so while Frank is talking, I just keep doing reps. I do feel this can be for any fitness level- it is as tough as you make it with the reps and weights. Also, starting day 30 I can tell that I will get toned no matter what. This makes me feel like I am doing p90x without the rush. I will come back and update for sure ON time next time.90 Days: i did not finish the program but I will say it will definitely work for you if you want to tone up :)

Good workout kit
I needed a new fitness ball and saw this 90-day work out that comes with a ball. The entire workout didn't cost much more than a good ball, so I felt it was worth trying.Their system is pretty much a typical 90-day workout, with a different person leading the exercises. I enjoyed it and was able to build up strength and endurance with it. My breathing is easier as well. In these regards, it is successful in its mission to transform my body.

It was cheap so I bought it, but I've tried many different workouts within 10 years and it didn't give me the result that I thought it would.
