Sugar Maple Tree - Fast-Growing Native with Bright Fall Color! (2 Years Old and 3-4 feet Tall.)

Purchased this tree and after following all instructions, tree was dead after 6 weeks. Refund was refused. Buyer beware.

I like it. Its growing very well....

So, what did I get. Ans. A stick. It was 4' tall as advertised. but just a stick with some, though not many roots at the base. No dirt, no moisture bag/wrap. So I was a bit surprised. The directions were good and written well and understandable. It does recommend it to plant as soon as possible so be ready to plant as soon as you get it. Directions also state to soak the roots prior to planting, which I did as recommended. Directions were also adamant about making sure that your don't cover the graft cut. I followed the directions and added a moister ring around the base and put a good 3 inches of mulch on top of that. Being in SW Oklahoma and the cost of this item I wanted to do my best to make sure it gets the moister it needs. So we will see. Will try to update.So after following the directions and getting a good deal of rain the last month it looks like the stick is doing well. Given that it is only the first week of June we have two more hard month coming up here in SW Oklahoma.
