The book is in no way useful, it covers basic definitions and nit evem explains concepts with examples, just brief abstract hypothesis based on author's assumptions. Google out provides more info than this book.

I was looking for a concise source of information on startup valuation and angel/venture investing to develop a comprehensive understanding of the process. I ordered this book together with all the other books in the series to make sure that I am armed with the necessary concepts, facts, tools and insights before I sit down with any investor. Now having read all the books, I am extremely happy with the purchase. While one can find most of this information on the web, having a structured repository of the knowledge through this book set was invaluable and really helpful.

Very basic. Read within 2 days to get through it and cant really recall there being much content of use to take away.

Out of all the books I read, this book finally made me understand everything I need to know about raising angel capital thank you!

The author says that this book is a step-by-step guidebook. He is literally true to his word.All aspiring to be or being asked to be an angel investor should have the balls to proceed with investments only after they digest what is written in this book.This book contains more typos and grammatical errors than typical business books.
