DMight Pool Test Strips
I wish these would have worked because the company took the time to seal them in a small amount inside the container. Which I thought was a great idea. Keep them fresher longer. But .. There is very little space to hold on to the test strip. And I have small fingers.. And the "Total hardness" was the wrong color family. Showed a dark green tone with a very little dot of purple in the center. It should be blue to purple tones. It did not match the color chart colors and therefore I was not able to compare to the chart. The service was great. I got a replacement sent but had the same problem. And returned them. Up Date Review April 5 2019 Excellent customer service. They take the time to make sure you are happy with the product and listen to concerns. I had returned the product and got a refund with Amazon No trouble. But Dmight still reached out to me and asked if they could send me a sample of there improved test stripes. A few weeks later they arrived. The New container is all black with an orange and blue label. Test strips now come in a taller sealed container. The strips are longer now and easy to hold while you test the water. The color match problem has been corrected. I compared them several times to a different company's water test strips and they were the same reading on both. The PH colors are a bit hard to tell (7.6 8.2 and 9.) apart. But I have trouble reading the PH with all the different company's test strips. The color difference is just a bit too subtle. Overall I recommend Dmight. Great company to work with. They stand behind there product.

New version (blue label, black cap) much improved
*Update 4/1/19* (originally 2 stars; now 4 stars) The seller, unsolicited, sent me a package of updated test strips. Two improvements. One, the waiting time is specified for the readings--one group is 5 seconds; the other 30 seconds. Two. The readings seem to be more in line with the more tedious and time consuming T100 drop tests. Still, I would only consider these, as with test strips generally, a quick indicator and notice that full drop tests should probably be done--at least for those categories indicating a problem. I've used another brand of test strips with 5 tests. It was reasonably accurate when compared against a T-100 test kit. This one is not so great. At best, a really out of whack result might convince you to drag out the beakers and drops to see what's really going on. Chlorine: I run chlorine a bit low, as I also have ozone and UV treatment, but what shows on these strips was at first a little scary--at least until I confirmed the strips were wrong. pH: this seems accurate, or at least matches my formal tests. Total alkalinity also seems reasonable and verifiable. CYA is simply difficult to distinguish the color differences. Finally Total Hardness seems to be a test for water from some other planet, as my results are never even similar to any of the colors on the chart, so this one is useless. Bottom line is that I won't buy these again.

Work great!
Happy with these hot tub test strips. Our store quit carrying the ones we were using so decided to try getting some on line. They arrived timely & as advertised. Have started using them & would purchase them again. The strips are easy to read and the colors are easy to tell the chemical levels.

Wish I could leave a 0 star
Great price for these test strips, but they simply do not work. The colors don't align to the actual chemical levels. Stick with one of the other brands like Leisure Time (a bit more expensive, but worth it). I bought a 2 pack and had to throw them all away as they are useless for accurately measuring our hot tub/spa chemical levels.

PH is WAY off and thus the strips are unusable
The PH reading on the strips I received(I only opened one package, so cant comment on the second) were way off. I tried 4 or 5 strips over the course of 24 hours of a freshly filled hot tub that I had only added chlorine to to shock. Verified the strips with my tap water(reading seemed ok). They were off the chart(dark purple colored) high PH in the hot tub. I checked with 3 other test strips I have(hot springs brand for MPS testing, leslies 5 way, and another). I then had Leslies pool test the water and they confirmed the strips were way off on the PH. So for me, in my hot tub, PH is one I test a lot because I use MPS which lowers PH. The other test squares seemed to be ok, but if the PH test isnt accurate, these are not worth it.

Dangerously Inaccurate
Ordered these because they were cheaper than the strips I regularly use and they seemed to have decent ratings. They were completely inaccurate. I compared the results vs my regular strips, and these were dangerously off. I compared to another brand of strips which aligned with my regular strips. Therefore, it's likely these were the inaccurate ones. I'm going back to my trusted strips, even though they're a little more money.

Easy to use and read
These strips are easy to use and to interpret. They come packaged in air tight and water tight packages. To use you just dip them quickly in the water and wait 15 seconds. Then you compare them to the measurements on the side of the container. For the first few times I measured two or three to see if they were consistent. Each time they were consistent and accurate. I would purchase them again.

Save a trip to the pool store!
These strips are just as accurate as a trip to the store to have your water tested! You donโt need to waste money, these are great! They give an accurate reading of all the necessary levels for a pool to operate. We JUST opened ours, and straight out the cover off it told us we needed to fix our alkalinity and chlorine. Which are very east to get on the right level. These are your every day go to strips that I would recommend to anyone with a pool or spa! Forget the apps and stores, these are great!
