Fox Run Mason Jar Spoon Rest, 7.75 x 2.75 x 1.5 inches, White

This is actually my second spoon rest. I bought this exact one once before but my cat decided to randomly jump up on my stove and scare the crap out of itself by landing on this and going sliding across my kitchen counters. Needless to say he learned why I do not allow cats on counters. (Besides it is disgusting and not good hygiene...bad enough I have to check everything for cat hair first.) But, it was the perfect size and easy to clean so I just purchased another one. So, yeah it's got great reviews by me so much that I purchased 2 ;)

I'm not necessarily wowed by the product, but it's a spoon rest, so I guess I shouldn't expect to be. I bought white because everything in the kitchen is a bright, clean white. The spoon rest is not quite as bright white as the picture shows, maybe it is the finish, but around the edges the color is very dull and almost yellow. It makes hte spoon rest look old and dingy. I'm sure it's going to get filthy while cooking, but I don't like hte looks of it enough to leave it out on the counter, so I'll be hiding it away in a drawer when its not immediately in use. I'm sure it will serve its purpose, protecting my counters, just fine.

It sits on the counter and you put spoons or other messy utensils on it. It does the job fine, but it's not very exciting. It does save messing up the counter top and it washes off fine. It is heavy enough to hold large spoons.

Wish the spoon area was a little wider so it would easily rest a spatula but all in all very happy with the product (super easy to clean too)

What I was looking for but found it cheaper at Target a few days later. Ugh!

This was a nice spoon rest. The only thing I don't like about it is the handle is kind of high but other that that it's great. Arrived on time.

It is just the right size and easy to clean. The only thing that would make it perfect would be if it was a little deeper.

I do like the white stoneware spoon rest, however, it is kind of small. But it looks nice with my kitchen decor.

A little bit small but for the price it's great. We bought it to hold our coffee stirring spoon and it works great.

Smaller than I expected, so only works for small spoons instead of wooden spoons.
