ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
This case is so easy. You can walk it upright without the pull out handle or pull it. I am quite small 4.11, and I could walk with this case upright without pulling up the handle. The wheels work allways round. It is so easy to use on whatever terrain. It is also very spacious. Both my husbands and my things fitted in with space to spare.
