Will they be special wrapped because we want them whole and not broken

My box arrived today, it was unwrapped and badly damaged, I opened one of the packets inside and the biscuits were smashed. Biscuits were abandoned at my back door in the damp!

Any idea about use by date. Are they fresh stock for 2023 ?

Our current BBD is 2/12/2023. Hopefully this helps! Kind regards, Universal Product Solutions.
