Excllent book
If you are a Ben Crenshaw fan or just a golf fan this is a must book to read. What a journey Ben and Carl have taken to being Masters champions. This book is well done and the photos and photography are excellent. What incredible insight to the lifes of both men and the people they met along the way. I just loved this book and you will be completely satisfied and won't want some of the stories to end. 5 star all the way.

Ultimately, Ultimately bad.
Excerpt from dust jacket: "Significantly, he ultimately gravitated ultimately to the Augusta National Golf Club and joined forces with Ben Crenshaw in 1976."I should've quit then.

An amazing story
I picked this book up while taking a quick break in my supervisors vacant office one day. I could not put it down. I am not a golfer, but have followed it a bit through the years, so even if you don't follow, but especially of you do, please read this book. I think the best lesson is keep quiet, listen. learn, and work hard. I think both Carl and Ben were successful because they followed those few guidelines. It will always be a pondering for me though, how Ben saw Carl's "gift" when Carl was so young. Amazing!!.
