Palla molot comoda perchè più grande delle solite e anche se è molto rigida non provoca tanto dolore come quelle + piccole ,e fa il suo lavoro dolcemente senza traumi .molto soddisfatta.

OTTIMA PALLA ...
Fino a prima di acquistare questa , usavo la pallina da tennis ma avevo il problema che scivolava. Questa pallina invece ha un rivestimento che la rende antiscivolo e la si puo usare per quaunque punto del corpo. Molto mlto resistente e solida, è di polistirolo durissimo e permette di svolgere gli esercizi in modo eccellente. Io ci curo una infiammazione al piriforme e da quando la uso mi sto trovando benissimo. La misura è perfetta, poco piu grande dell pallina da tennis. Sto risparmiando parecchi soldi tra osteopata e fisioterapista. COnsigliatissima.
