It works! My wife would have a headache her whole period and pain killers did not help. Since taking this, her headaches are less severe and less frequent. Both of us have very little cramping pain if we have it at all. This has proven to be a great product.

Full disclosure - I ended up ordering from Brazen because I had heard of the founder - she knows her stuff when it comes to formulating because she's fixed the symptoms of period pain for years in her private practice. There are a few of these type products on the market these days, I found Brazen to be the most effective, hands down. I'm sharing this with every woman who thinks having cramps is normal and you just have to put up with it - you don't. And you don't have to rely on drugs, aspirin or ibuprofen, finally.

Brazen Cramp Support Supplements are by far the best period supplements I have taken.Pros:1. Provides pain relief, unlike a lot of other period supplements out there.2. Provides relief for everything you can think of (as listed in the description of the product).3. The product is all natural, so you don't have to worry about what you're consuming.4. It is extremely effective, as long as you take it as recommended.Cons:1. It is a bit pricey, especially when considering it covers only one cycle. Buying it every month, really adds up quickly.2. While it is effective no matter how you take it, I've noticed it truly is best to take it as recommended. You will get much more relief when taking it ahead of your cycle... and I mean a lot more relief (there is a huge difference, and you'll take notice). If you take it only during your cycle, it provides relief but not nearly as much. It'll feel like the relief you get when taking any other period supplement. Just minor relief. Trust me, you will want to take it as recommended.3. It does provide pain relief, unlike other period supplements out there. But, I still find that I need to take pain reliever as well.4. Ensure you take it with food, to prevent feeling nauseous as many do when taking herbs/supplements when on an empty stomach.Overall: Brazen Cramp Support Supplements are really effective, and worth trying. If you take it as recommended and keep it in stock, you're body will thank you for it. I would have rated this 5 stars (as it provides the most relief for me compared to any other cramp support supplements out there), but I feel it is a bit too pricey.

I didn't realize that it is only a 2 week supply. I also didn't realize they suggest you take it a week before your period starts for best results, even though the bottle says "during" period. I took it and it didn't seem to work any better than Midol or Pamprin but I usually have pretty bad cramps so I can't knock the product for that. It does relieve some pain.

I tried this product and unfortunately, it didn't do much for me. But, I am glad that it has natural ingredients. At least it worked for other people.

I have had terrible cramps for 3 weeks out of the month for MONTHS and would then have an incredibly light period that just went on for nearly 10 days. I would wake up in the middle of the night with backaches and had terrible cravings for sugar as well as mood swings.
