This is my second purchase of this exact lighted wall mirror. The first purchase was OVER 10 years ago. That's amazing because these bulbs are not replaceable and I am truly impressed as much as I used the first one that it lasted that long. The bulbs are brighter than other make up mirrors I've used and I fully expect that this one will last as long. I love the Bronze color and I love that the mirror is larger than most,-- it's still lightweight and is so easy to install. I need the larger magnification and appreciate that my second mirror cost less less than the first!

I ordered this mirror for my teenage daughter after looking at several other local well-known stores and being disappointed at their selection and prices. Amazon had exactly what I was looking for, and at a lower price than the local shops. It was a very quick delivery - two days and well packaged! I installed the mirror myself, very easy to do. Having the adapter is a plus until we purchase the C batteries. The lighting is better than overhead lighting for putting on make-up and both sides of the mirror are excellent for those up close and personal applications. It can be pulled out and adjusted and then pushed back flush against the wall. I installed a little shelf right beneath of the same color it and it looks very elegant and classy (like the kind you find in very posh hotel rooms)! I would recommend this to anyone needing a lighted make-up mirror that does not take up space and gets five stars for functionability, durability, ease of use, and quality material (no plastic involved).

Spending this much money on a mirror that won't light with batteries or using the AC Adapter is disappointing to say the least. If you have perfect lighting in your dressing/makeup area, then you probably won't have a problem.

First, to answer the complaints of reviewers who were unhappy that one has to get close to be able to see. That is just the nature of magnifying mirrors. I believe this is true for all of them. The glass is convex in order to magnify and it is just the nature of this type of mirror, not a fault of this particular one. The paint was rubbed off on one edge of the metal rim when it arrived but I decided not to send it back because I will likely only use the opposite, magnifying side and won't see it. The pivoting arm isn't perfect quality, a little stiff and best to use two hands, but it is fine.Easy to install if you are handy with a drill, screwdriver, etc. easier with two people so one person can hold the mirror while installing. I did it myself but a little cumbersome. The light is a certain color glow so you have to be okay with that. I love that I can use it with batteries and don't have to hardware it. I highly doubt needing to change batteries very often. A good addition to the bathroom and glad to find it in bronze. Careful with the paint.I have had it up a week now and have used it every day for just a few seconds, but happy to have it.

I previously owned a mirror that cost 3 times as much as this one. It was hard wired in my house so I left it when I moved. When I moved into a new place and found this mirror online, I figured what did I have to lose for $100+ so I ordered it . This mirror has been every bit as good as the one that I owned previously for a fraction of the price. It looks good, has held up and has functioned beautifully. My only complaint is that you can't change the bulb. It finally burned out (and I was way past a warranty). My husband wrote to the company to ask if we could send it back for repair. They said "yes" (which I was shocked about), we packed it up and sent it back. It's only been about a week and today a brand new mirror in the box arrived. Seriously? Who offers this type of service today? I am so happy! If you are considering this as a purchase don't hesitate...you will not be disappointed!

Update (5 months after purchase): Stopped working, it broke. So, originally I gave it 5 stars and now down graded to 3 stars.One week after purchase: Fantastic! For the price WHEN I WAS WORKING, it's beautiful and functional. Nice bright Cool White/Day light LED, thin and practical. I made the mistake of buying the $70 5x magnification on Amazon and tossed it out, it was such a piece of garbage. No, couldn't return it, went passed the 30 days as I was moving. But this mirror perfect and worth the money.

This is my 2nd mirror. The first one lasted about 12 years before the bulb blinked out for good. I use it every day and it has been sturdy, durable and lives up to the promise. I even installed it myself -- and I'm not a very "handy" person.

This mirror checked all the boxes as far as brightness and ease of use. It was a bit tricky to install because it was hard to fit the screws into the holes. But the big problem is it only lasted 6 months before I heard a pinging sound and the light went out. It turns out because it’s an LED, you can’t just buy a replacement bulb; the whole thing needs to be sent in for repair. I contacted Zadro and they sent an automated message saying they would reply but due to Covid delays, yadda yadda. This has all the makings of a long, arduous process that of course will involve reinstalling the light if it ever gets repaired or replaced. Meanwhile, I have no makeup mirror indefinitely and I would feel like I was being extorted if I just bought a new one. This should not be a disposable product. Not satisfied with my purchase.
