Neosonic HearingHello, I have a problem with the loudspeaker we received was good and I was happy and light I did not feel it but became unresponsive to the sound and does not work even though I do not wear always the number of times I wear it does not exceed 5 times and became a lot of crashes even though I replaced the battery every time I wear it and do not know What is the reason is it disabled or not I am very sad because I did not benefit from many I bought it for events only and I could not because it did not work and also there is a problem I am from Saudi Arabia and her student through the mail directed because I wanted them strongly because everyone told me about them but did not benefit from them I return But it will cost me that high amount Solving the satisfaction of both parties as you?

I was so pleasantly surprised when my hearing amplifier arrived so quickly, earlier than processed. I had it up and running in no time and have worn it for two full days so far. It has greatly increased my ability to hear conversations, bells and even the clock on the wall which I had never heard before. It is small and I found it comfortable to wear. The booklet explains that it takes some time for your brain to get used to it. I find this true because I’m hearing a lot of noises I wasn’t aware of before. So far I have been really happy with my purchase and am glad I took the chance on purchasing it.If and when I need another one for my other ear, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again. I found the seller to be very diligent to make sure I was happy.

My mom got this when she couldn't afford the $6000 for hearing aids. She immediately liked how much she could hear now. When reading the instructions, however, she got confused and thought she was supposed to cut the sound tube to size it (it really fit comfortably she just thought it was supposed to be sized. I do see how she got confused after looking at it). Unfortunately, the mini one she had doesn't have a sound tube exactly so what she cut was the wire effectively making it unusable! I contacted the company right away and they very kindly offered to replace her broken one. After they received it, they sent out a new one. They were prompt and understanding. She's loving her new one!

This hearing device DOES NOT work!!! Do NOT waste your money!!! This Company sent me an email saying they had received the hearing device back but REFUSED to refund my money. I had to call Amazon FIVE times and they finally put a formal complaint in on this horrible Company. Then the Company emailed me again and said that they would NOT refund my money unless I canceled the complaint with Amazon! I believe that is against all ethical laws and agreements with Amazon. I finally received MOST of my money back today. They charged me a steep price for return shipping from New Mexico to California. I took the package to the Post Office myself!!! This was a terrible ordeal and a cheaply made, defective product. BUYER BEWARE! Amazon should NOT be doing business with them!!! 😳

Excellent Hearing Aid, not expensive, easy to use and works wonderful. I recommend this product.
