Product came on time. Great quality faux leather. You can see before and after images of the chair that was repaired using this product.

In itself, this looks to be of good quality. However, on arrival it had a terrible smell. I had to leave it in a shed for 3 days before I could even bring it in the house. (Not just me being fussy - the rest of the family also objected.) I think that a decent supplier would have the smell dissipate before putting the stuff on the market.

I bought 2m of the dark red to recover my motorcycle seat as part of a custom job I was doing on it. Very easy to work with (recommend the use of a hairdryer to help make it stretch in difficult bits) and it's waterproof - which is handy on a bike!Having put it on - it looks great but I since decided the colour doesn't really fit with the bike properly....I should have ordered a sample first!!So I ordered a sample of the dark brown...and this is what my review is really about - it arrived quickly; but they sent me a black sample instead of the dark brown. I contacted them via Amazon to highlight this. I got a reply within hours and a replacement came the next day! Absolutely sterling service.

Providing you don’t rush the job of covering whatever surface it is you plan to cover (take your time focusing on the correct measurements that you require - there’s a super graph on the opposite side of the product that will assist you when cutting straight lines etc. If you get any bubbles (if small) you can prick the area with a pinhole which will normally resolve the problem. However, if larger air pockets surface, you will probably have to lift the Fablon and relay it again until you’ve achieved a smooth surface. I can highly recommend this product; it’s very user friendly!
