Q: Is this one thick(need to remove all stock adhesive) or thin (just remove the skates)?

I recommend removing the old feet, make sure you get all the advesive and dust and gunk residue cleaned out with some Isopropyl alcohol otherwise they won't stick well/be uneven. I still use these today and they're great.

Q: Are these like hyperglides? Are they fast and have round edges just like the hyper's?

Not very rounded, and not like hyper glides, but cheap replacement, does fine, but hypers better, i would say

Q: Do you have to take the old glides off or just stack them on top of the original ones?

Yes, and clean out the socket of the old adhesive using alcohol. I have used paper towels in the past, but a qtip works well if you remove any dry cotton after cleaning. Some kits provide an alcohol wipe as well.

Q: does it come with 2 is it easy to put on?

Yes, it comes with 2 sets of mouse skates. It also comes with 2 alcohol pads and a cloth so you can clean the residue off of your old mouse for smooth easy replacement.
