Weber Rib and Roast Holder

Works well as advertised

I draped a brisket over this cause it was too big for my smoker. It worked like a charm. The piece of metal for the Weber logo is a bad design because it is a place for food bits to get stuck and it's hard to clean.

Used it for Thanksgiving turkey on the grill. Worked well. Some YouTubers suggested not using a drip pan under the grates some did. Use the drip pan.

Among the advantages of this model is its compact size and the fact that it is dishwasher safe. With the smaller size it should fit on a variety of grills. I have noticed that cooks might want to cut a larger rack in two half-racks. That makes then easier to handle and they fit more uniformly on this rack in in your Weber kettle or Sprit grill. I have a rib rack from a few years back that does work okay, but it is 'non-stick' and I do not really like the coating. It can flake. I believe the Weber version will not flake because it is metal. Weber says it is dishwasher safe. Ribs are mostly cooked at low temp for a long time, so I don't think it will be as abused as some other grill metal components. I ultimately picked up the larger size rack (that can flip to serve as a roasting rack. I think both designed are good for different reasons.

I don't use it for ribs I use it to store large pictures in my garage. Works great for that.

Works great for smoking 5 slabs of ribs on Weber kettle at one time. Would never be able to fit that many on Weber without this rack, or something similar. Cleans right up with little Dawn and scotch sponge.

Unfortunately this rib rack will not support a full rack of baby back ribs. Would work great if you cut the racks in half but I smoke four racks of ribs at a time. Also it will not fit under the lid of the small Traeger when placed on the grate. It is such a nice item I will see if I can figure out how to make it work for me.

Molto solido e ben fatto. Per fare le costine è eccezionale! In piu sembra ben saldato e fatto apposta per durare moltissimo tempo. Sempre una garanzia weber

Parece aparatoso, pero es que permite 2 costillares (finos) en cada hueco! La capacidad de la bbq se incrementa! Buen material, fácil de limpiar. Muy práctico para unas costillas a fuego lento

Ich selbst habe keinen WEBER Grill sondern "nur" einen Broilmaster 6+1, aber ich brauchte zwingen einen Rip-Halter um 4 Stunden lang meine Honey Garlic Rippchen im Gasgrill räuchern zu können. So schafft man es auch gleich ein paar mehr kg zuzubereiten. :-) Da man den Halter / Ständer auch umdrehen kann werde ich wohl demnächst mal einen fetten Braten oder was auch immer räuchern. Das Teil ist echt groß. Viel größer als ich gedacht hätte. Für sehr kurze Rippchen ist er nichts... also nicht zerteilen oder halbieren. ganze Rippchen müssen es sein ! Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen ! Tolles Teil !

以前より使っていたリブ＆ローストラックより低価格なのにリブが安定して乗せられ使い易いと感じました。
