Excellent Product - Magic in a Can
I purchased two cans of this color of SEM coating to restore all of the melting and discolored vinyl trim panels in my 2008 Lexus LS 460 as this one was the closest color match to the original black color of the interior, and it made the car's interior look as good if not slightly better than it did when it was new and stopped the melting and "sweating" of the TERRIBLE vinyl Toyota used in this batch of cars. The coverage and durability is excellent and the color has remained a rich, deep black even through getting wet at times (top parts of the door panels in the rain) and being exposed to the 100+ degree Fahrenheit heat and high humidity that occurs during the summer in the Oklahoma City, OK area. Since it worked so well on the black vinyl, once time allows, I'm planning to try it on some of the more worn out leather parts in the car as well. You have to be patient to use this product, and be willing to mask off / disassemble the parts you are coating with it, but the results are worth it. Just be sure to follow all the application directions on the can, and clean the substrate with the SEM soap and Vinyl Prep before applying the coating so that it will adhere properly.

Perfect!
We are so pleased with this product! We had to get our car rideshare-ready, and one problem was the seats looked shabby. After years of my husband carting paint around for his day job, the black leather seats had white latex paint smudges all over them. I tried cleaning the smudges off, but it was hopeless. We looked into seat covers, but they would have been expensive, and I was very frustrated. I found this spray paint for leather seats here on Amazon and read the good reviews, and figured we should give it a try. Wow! Our seats look brand new now, and I am so happy. The car even smells better. I bought 3 cans, and that was more than enough for our Sentra.

works well
Changing the interior color on an old Dodge from blue to black. The parts that are worn/torn are being replaced; the others are getting sprayed with this. Coats quickly and adheres to vinyl well. Not so good for metals. I'm buying a second can to be sure I have enough.

Works as promised!!
Great product for freshening up black interior leather or plastic. My airbag on my Corvette started to become gummy and sticky.( known problem) I cleaned it with goof off , wiped all the old paint off and then sprayed it with this product. Looks perfectly new. Very pleased that I save from having to spend $$$$ for a new airbag.

Great product.
This stuff is pretty fantastic. I’ve used it in the past and it is very resistant to wear. It actually etches into the vinyl a bit. These old tan vinyl seats look like black leather now.

Worked good. Came off a little where I didn't clean it very well but just put on a couple more coats. This can was more than enough to do my steering wheel.

Great. I needed to paint my leather headrest
Great. I needed to paint my leather headrest. After reviewing this item in the internet, I bought soap and plastic prep from Amazon also. I wanted to make sure that I will get the job done correctly at the first time. I have never painted leather before. The original color was tan. I ended up not using the plastic prep. I used the soap and cleaned the headrest. I think I repeated at least two times. Wiped with microfiber cloth. After making sure that it was dried and no lint, I start painting lightly first. A one can barely lasted for two headrests. This black color was not too shiny or flat. Perfect. So far so good. Looks like the original black leather.
