ClarksWomen's Arla Shaylie Sandal

I was a little hesitant to buy these shoes because I remember my Grandma only wearing Clarks shoes as a girl and I just assumed only "older" women wore them, but I injured my knee running and really needed something supportive that wasn't like my wobbly high healed ones!I've had these for just over a week and I can honestly say I have not put on any of my other 15 pairs of sandals since. Usually when you need a good supportive women's shoe you have to give up on style. These sandals have it ALL ! Great support, perfect fit, ridiculously comfortable, stylish and work perfect for dressing up or down!

I struggle to find shoes that fit, both bunion surgery (which widened my feet) and a very high arch on the right foot. Finding a shoe that fits my right foot and doesn't slide off my left is a challenge. This shoe has elastic bands, and I worried about it being too tight for that high arch and not wide enough. I have had to go to a 9W shoe for many other brands just to accommodate my odd feet. I looked at the sizing before buying and it indicated that size 8 was best for me. I can actually go to a 7-1/2 in a more expensive wide shoe, but I worried about the width concerns. After having these about a week, I'm pleased to say that the fit has relaxed somewhat and the velcro at the back ensures that it won't fall off my left foot. The cushioned sole is extremely comfortable, and I'm delighted. I will possibly explore other colors if the need arises.

Best shoes ever. Ankle replacement surgery made finding shoe with enough cushion n heel difficult. These work great, just wish more colors were available. Very comfortable & supportive. Many ask me where I get my shoes. Lately some of Clark's straps have been very disappointing but not these.

These sandals are lovely and I now have them in black, tan, navy and red. They run true to size and are extremely comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star rating but I was disappointed in the packaging it was in for delivery. The first three colors I bought came in the appropriate Clarks show boxes. I like this as I store my shoes in their boxes in the closet. This pair came in a plaster packaging envelope in a thin plastic baggie, nothing inside to keep the shoes protected and not getting crushed, and the straps were opened. No tissue or anything the way it normally should have come. I would think twice about ordering from this vendor again.

This shoe is exactly what I have been looking for. I wore out a pair of easy spirit that is no longer made and was so disappointed trying to find a similar shoe. I have painful knees and legs and walking long distances without support or cushion makes me so tired and painful if I don't have good shoes. And heels are definitely a thing of the past. But I need something that was soft, cushy, not stiff in the straps and preferably elastic to give with my every move, yet stylish too. These fit the bill. They are lightweight, a little bounce from the rubber sole, and elastic straps everywhere with no pressure points. Almost like being barefoot, but more supportive. I have finally found my new go to, go everywhere shoe! I am immediately ordering several more colors.Great for pants, crops, shorts, dresses, even semi dressy dresses. And it's not an old lady shoe but stylish too. I can say that cause I am an old lady... I love them.

These sandals are incredibly comfortable. The soles are wonderfully supportive and easy on the feet. They fit as expected length-wise (so sizing appears to be correct); however, the ankle hole is quite large and the velcro mechanism for strapping them on is not meant to be adjusted. I first purchased an 8.5, then sent them back and ordered an 8 hoping the ankle strap might fit tighter. No such luck. I sent back the second pair. The ankle straps are so large they don't touch my ankle anywhere around the back or sides of my heel, so they don't hold the sandal in place and they look loose. I was terribly sorry these didn't work out because everything else about them seems perfect.

The material of the straps made me a bit hesitant about keeping them at first, so I wore them around the house before deciding to keep them and wear outside. I have very high arches, so the fabric straps have very little 'give', even with wear, so I had to be sure it would not cause swollen or blistered feet to wear for prolonged periods of time because I bought them for walking - both recreational and for sensible, stable shoes for leisurely outings of unknown terrain and situations that required standing for long periods. II am very satisfied - they are truly like walking on air and the straps, though snug, are not uncomfortable and just add to the support. Highly recommend!PS my high arches are the only reason I rated them just under 'fit as expected', since that factor made them a bit snug at first

This product is very beautiful and stylish and very comfortable it’s my favorite sandals to wear. Feels so good on the feet. I highly recommend this product.
