UPTab Mini DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0b HDR Active Adapter Rev.2

Guys, i am SO HAPPY! I have a hisense 43 inch 4k tv, and plugged it into my mac using a standard hdmi to minidisplyport from the apple store - it was only going to 30z and it wasnt usable - i think tried swichresx with the old apple adaptor, and i did the disable SIP and did a custom resolution and said invalid - not activated - then this amazing adaptor came in the post - and BOOM!! instantly worked!! i now have a 43inch 4k MONITOR!THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! ITS GREAT!!! - All the other engineers are jealous, so i think we will order 5 more :-)

yes does work 4k at 60hz....would and will buy from them again....also like to add.....i ordered the wrong one by mistake...(my fault they look very similar....make sure you order the right one....i wanted the display port...but somehow managed to order the mini display port one...so just be careful when ordering guys)..i sent the other one back..and a few days later received the correct one....great service...thank you..consdiring it was my mistake in first place......i am using this on a gtx 1080 ftw gpu to my 4k tv....using the display port from my gpu to the hdmi 2.0 on my tv......would also like to point out i am using high speed hdmi cables....so cant say for sure if they work on cheaper hdmi cables......but i wouldn't think so...although i picked up good ones here on amazon for a few quid...not expensive...and well made....if any needs any answers contact me on here and would be happy to help people out if they have any questions about this product......i will test this adapter on my new 4k amp when i get it in a few weeks...will update on here at that time.......to see if it works on passtru....i cant test this at the moment because my current amp cant pass tru 4k signal to tv...but imagine it will.....also it says hdmi 2.0a capable...so this should be good for hdr content to

I'm using this wit my Surface Pro 3 and a Dell U2515H monitor at 2560 x 1440 resolution and 60Hz - works perfectly.

Broken within 6 months, no longer displays a picture. Better off with the club3d adapters

I only had HDMI in on my panasonic UHD TV, this adapter didn't work beyond UHD 30hz initially but with switchresx and these settings:pixel clock 594.0active H 3840 V 2160,front porch H 176 V 8,sync width H 88 V 10,back porch H 296 V 72,scan rate H 135khz V 60,I got it working from both my mac pro (2016) and my macbook pro (mid 2015) at full UHD 60hz! SO HAPPY!

Just the job for connecting 4K tv to macbook pro..

2 months ago, randomly it started giving a purple picture. Unplug it -plug it in again solved the problem. Now does not work at all.

Works great, as described. Connected R9 280x to my new TV LG 55UF770V. Now I have my 60hz on 4K resolution.
