Fits '97 Honda XR80, with some encouragement
Fitment: Bit of a tight fit with the angles and whatnot, but it is secure and sturdy. These were probably meant for larger bikes, but it works well enough for my purposes.Durability: The aluminum bars were more than sturdy enough, and I could not easily flex them with my hands. I'm confident they will hold up under normal drops and collisions. My only gripe with durability is with the fastener that fits inside of the handlebars. one gripping edge broke off when I needed to make a small adjustment, and I noticed that they were made of what is probably cheap zinc. Nonetheless, I tightened it back down and it feels sturdy enough with the remaining three edges.

This was my second pair. One for each bike.
I bought these for my sons DB14 110cc TaoTao pit bike and I thought they were going to be too big but turns out, they look pretty good and he really likes them. It only took me about 15 minutes to get them mounted but I had just put a pair on my bike the week before which took me about 45 min. so I kind of new what I was doing.

You get what you pay for
The hand guards are not as strong as name brands, but not that bad. Where these fall flat is the mounting hardware. The allen bolts are extremely soft and twisted right off in the aluminum mount. The end mounts are absolute junk also. I would have returned, but found some mounts I had off an old set of Moose hand guards that worked on these.

Worth it just for the brackets
I actually bought these just for the underlslung mounts. They provide better clutch/brake cable clearance than the straight type. I already have a pair of no name guard on my bike (the vented ones). I will say the aluminum on these is certainly softer than the bar on my other $20 guards. These will just be a backup.

4 out of 5
4 out of 5 because there are a lot of these on amazon that are red. they all work the same and are great protectors. However, this ones photo's showed a darker shade of red than the others, which is the entire reason I chose this seller, but it arrived the same bright basic red that I was trying to avoid. No big deal. good product, just misleading.

They fit and work as expected
Every bit as good as name brand product. Installed and fit as expected. I’ve had the big name brands before, these are very good too. Mounting on my DRZ 400 was a breeze.

Great hand guards
I was very skeptical about how the quality of these would be considering the low price. After installing them on my CRF450X I was shocked by how nice they are and how sturdy they seem to be. I will be purchasing another set for my drz400.
