Will it work with Windows 10

No. It will not work with Windows 10. Confirmed by ScubaPro here - http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/scubapro/511628-irda-driver-windows-10-a.html I have not found any IRDA devices that work with Windows 10. I reverted to Windows 8.1.

Has anyone used this with the subgear xp10?

I used it with the Genesis. I had windows 10 which doesn’t have the driver but Microsoft has a fix. It worked very well for a year and then it stopped. I believe the fault was the dongle, not the computer
