These are above-average quality towels. They are soft. They produce a lot of lint in their first month. Then they fade down a bit. Color selection isn't great, but they made a point to *include the (washable cloth) bath mat* which almost every other towel set skips and that stood out for my buying decision.

I hesitated to buy these because of negative reviews I saw about them fading, being super thin, seams coming undone, and excessive lintiness. I received them and gave the seams a good going over and they were fine. I washed them and didn't find them to be particularly linty. In fact, for brand new towels, they were fairly low-lint. The weight is decent. We'll see on the fading, but overall the towels are fine and worth buying. I took off one star because I ordered the Tan color and initially received dark blue towels instead. The blue towels were mislabeled "Tan".

I purchased it back in December for my guest bathroom. I didn't wash the product. I decided to move all the towels to the master bathroom. I used them once without washing them and then washed them. The towels have a defect of some sort because after washing them there were looping threads all of the towels like they were fraying apart. I know it's been many months so I don't know what to expect as far as a refund or return. The towels are nice aside from the fabric thread loops.

No other towels in my home have every had problems bleeding, but after a normal wash cycle, the light grey color came out of the wash with pink stains. I do not use bleach, and only scent free, clear wash. None of the other towels in the wash had this problem, including older grey towels and beach towels. Not sure what happened, but other than having some pink stain bleach spots, these towels are so absorbent, thick, and comfortable. I love how they feel, and I can use them multiple times before I need to wash them.

I have not used these towels yet and just washed them for the first time. My main comment is the navy color is lovely and there was a small issue with my order. The seller responded quickly and went above and beyond to correct it. Very happy with the towels and an excellent seller as well.

I would've given 5 stars but I have had a towel losing some threads around the side after 4 washes. Otherwise, very happy. Update: These towels continue to totally unravel from the sides. These are for my guest bathroom and are hardly used. I will be replacing them as they are an embarrassment.

All of my towels have lost color in spots almost like they have been bleached. I bought 2 sets of grey and I was given 2 tan set as a gift. It’s unfortunate because I really loved these towels until the color was removed. This has never happened with any other towels I have ever had.

Very good product shipped promptly as advertised. Definately recommend washing in cold water before use to remove factory lint. These towels are very soft and thick. They are pretty absorbent for the most part, but I'd imagine they will become more absorbent as they are used and washed; as is the case with most towels.

Item arrived today. I love the colour (I ordered grey) and is exactly what I was expecting.I was nervous about what the size of the bath towels would actually be however, they are big.The bath mat is really nice to.Overall... I’m happy with my purchase and these towels will look fab in my bathroom.

Tras varios lavados a diferentes temperaturas siguen soltando muchísima pelusa, se me queda el baño gris cada vez que las uso. Muy malas.
