This product works great, do not have to spend a lot for good product, I use hot tools and I always spray this on my hair , but of course do not go above recommended temperature.

This is not just a heat protector to me. It is good for moisturizing my hair when I let it dry naturally. I have used it on dry hair too. It takes frizz away.
