After only a month of using this bike, granted it was quite heavy use, about 18 miles/day, many things went wrong with this bike. Firstly, the brakes were very very squeaky. I purchased a bike cleaner which was rated to clean disc brakes, and yet after properly following instructions and cleaning and drying the rotors, the brakes were maybe at 40% usability. The stopping power was absolutely terrible, which caused me to get into a minor accident where I hurt my ankle some. Also, the throttle did not work a couple times when I was using it. Thirdly, the chain which holds the gears in place on the casettes, kept falling off, despite me consistently tightining the screws that hold the chain in place to prevent it from falling. Lastly, the battery pack died one day at 60% left. I was riding it home from school, and it just died, about 3.5 miles from home. This bike is weighty, at about 65 pounds, and it was not fun pedaling a 65 pound electric bike home. The company, Samebike and I have been going back and forth for about two months and their suggestions were to send me all the parts as long as I pay for shipping, and for me to replace and repair the bike myself. This bike comes with a 1 year warranty and I was asking for a full refund since many parts from bike are failing on their part mechanically. They did not give it to me, and I will no longer do business with Chinese companies again. Thanks for making a trashy bike that no longer does what it's advertised to do

Wow what a great purchase! Unboxed and works perfect! There was a little rattle when I accelerated but was only the back break light loose! Very compact but comfortable for me at 5ft 7 150lbs.

very well built bike , suspension a little hard, but ok 48V 350W motor do a great job.motor a little noisy when you accelerateeasy to fold un a car.only problem, for me, pedal assist have only one position and push full speed .strong battery,
