MalabrigoSock yarn (139 - Pocion)

I love the color, I thought it was multiple skeins but it's actually only one and it's very thin. However when you consider it being made from actual sheep and hand died $20 is a very fair price. I plan to make mine into a hat.

This yarn is a bit darker than expected, and has very very little variation in color, mostly gray with a purple-ish hue. It is still a beautiful yarn, and I'll be using it on a different project than intended, but have to say that it is quality yarn, and I'll buy again. Thank you to whomever wrapped it in tissue paper; a very nice extra touch.

Sometimes you want a sweater or scarf that doesn’t look like a someone was trying to make too much of a color statement at once. Malabrigo yarns are hand dyed ten skeins at a time. You won’t find a solid color. In Sand Dune, you have a neutral ivory/taupe tonal wash with the brown undertones to give color depth to your garment. Malabrigo yarns are 100% merino wool that is incredibly soft to wear next to your skin, not scratchy, like lamb’s wool or even alpaca. It doesn’t have a halo like cashmere or angora, and has a light sheen to it. It is a pricey yarn that you treat yourself to now and then and are never disappointed.

Was completely satisfied when I opened the package. It was even wrapped in tissue paper. I’m a knitter who loves the feel and touch of beautiful yarn and I am completely satisfied. Will definitely order from them again. The colors shown were exactly correct. Not crazy about ordering yarn online as I like to see, feel, and touch it before purchasing it; HOWEVER, this was a win-win for me.Thank you.

The color was not as it was advertised; I purchased it because of the "Red" tones; but I got dark/green&blue tones. I did not send it back only because it is the MaliibrigoYarn. Very Disappointed it was not as advertised. I thought to try ordering again but couldn't bring myself to trust what was being advertised; "brite red" tones instead of the green & blues tones that I got.

The yarn is gorgeous and what a great price! I was very surprised to receive it so quickly, it came from Austin, Texas, an area under extremely terrible weather conditions. I hope these people are safe and sound. I'll buy from this company again.
