Unfortunately these anti-snore nose vents do not work for us. My husband still snores but not quite as loud. I can't recommend them.

This has been my experience...I am happy with the results!

I have “moderate” sleep apnea....have tried C-Pap and mandibular advancement device.Nasal vents seem to help and are a lot easier to use.

I happen to be a woman who snores. I sleep alone, so at least I don't keep anyone awake...but the quality of my sleep isn't good. I have cognitive problems. My brain needs all the oxygen it can get! I use Breathe Right strips, but they are expensive, especially if you use them every night. Besides, they tend to irritate the skin on my nose; and the ones for sensitive skin don't stay on.So I decided to try these. Long and short of it: I threw them away after trying all the sizes. They fall right out, even though I insert them as far as I possibly can. Don't waste you money on these.

Good product and easy to insert. They are soft and very comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star if they had included a way to order only the size needed. Assorted sizes was nice as it allows the user to try them and pick the ones that work the best. I prefer to buy more of the size that work best for me.DMD

Bought because my husband's snoring has gotten worse. Had hoped this was the solution but have found he still has to wear a breathe-rite strip. Together it is working & I am getting much-needed rest.
