Not a lot of moving parts and quality of materials is chosen with care. Pressure gauge is accurate and goes from nothing to full on reach-the-ceiling pressure. It is able to be moved on the swivel when rinsing and is able to get a larger area than other bidets that are anchored to one point.Great quality, simple mechanism, effective product. If this ever breaks (which I doubt it will anytime in the next ten years) I will be ordering from Biffy again.

I can’t imagine my life without it now! I had horrible hemorrhoids before I got this product and after just 2 months, they have cleared up completely! I have owned at least one of these for over a year now and it is phenomenal! I absolutely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  Biffy Buddy has lessened the quality of their products and as a result it was defective and spring a leak resulting in my bathroom being flooded. I contacted Amazon customer support who were less than helpful and had no concern for my flooded bathroom but instead wanted me to uninstall this garbage and send it back for a refund. How about you work with my insurance company to cover damages to my bathroom. Terrible customer service at Amazon and terrible product from biffy.

Easy to use and install. We have had two of these and the arm rusted out on both where it attaches to toilet. They need a stainless steel option.

I tried 3 other bidets. And came back to the original Biffy. I like being able to set the water pressure level. And then not having to mess with it every time. It also doesn't result in water being sprayed up the back of the toilet seat. If people walk by the toilet on the side of the lever, it's possible they will hit the lever with their leg ... and spray the ceiling. SURPRISE! Otherwise, I am happier with the original Biffy, than with any others that I have purchased and used.

This will literally change your life for the better. Some people are grossed out by the idea of using a bidet and I admit I was reluctant to try one for the first time. My wife had two Biffys in her house when we met and it took me a few months before I tried it and it’s awesome. Wanted to get a Biffy for my house immediately but The company was out of stock so I ordered The Boss Bidet from Amazon and it’s just okay compared to the Biffy. When Amazon started selling it I immediately bought it for a second bidet in the house- it’s just better.The money we save in toilet paper will pay for the unit in less than 6 months. The only reason you need toilet paper is to dab the little bit of clean water from your under carriage.

The design, mechanism and usability are perfect, but the materials are of poor quality. It lasted only two years. I would be willing to pay twice the amount if all the components were stainless steel with a replaceable spray nozzle for those on well water.

I've tried other bidets and many spray from the back giving no control over where the spray hits. Some require electricity & are extremely expensive...and if the toilet isn't near a plug are not an option. With this bidet you can easily control position and intensity of the water pressure. I was very happy with the one I had at my last house and have had this one for a year and am so happy with it.
