Works great, better than my old one. Instructions were not that easy to follow but i figured it out.

Easy to install. Makes it impossible for anyone to slam my office door.Good product.

This product is fine however the delivery was not done in a professional manner. The delivery person placed the package on a chair on m porch and then moved the chair in front of my outward opening storm door thus blocking my ability to open the door (see photo). I had to knock the package onto the porch in order to get the door open to retrieve the package. Had this package contained anything fragile it could have been damaged. PLEASE pass this on to the delivery people to not move furniture on my porch so that is blocks the door from opening. Thank you.

Pros: Good value. Shipped quickly. Choice of 3 colors (bronze, black, silver). Three separate adjustments after installation (door speed, latch speed and open limit speed for doors that open over 100 degrees). Good tech support. Good installation instructions.Cons: Tech support was slow to respond (over 24 hours). Initial contact is by web portal or email. There is no phone number for support during installation. I suggest contacting support before installing if you have questions about closer position BEFORE drilling holes.Summary: I'll purchase additional Lynn products in the future.

Works great with a lot of use.

This closer looks good and looks professional. However, it is far from it. It gives you no adjustment for the pressure in which the door opens on all three of the doors we installed this on it requires you to almost put your shoulder on it to open it. When I inquired with the company, I got both a sarcastic and snarky response from their help team saying that it’s about physics and that, it is controlled by basic physics, I need to adjust the position of the arm which I did (according to their instructions) and it changed NOTHING! Their response was oh well sometimes physics doesn’t work… Very poor customer service very poor explanation of their product do not order unless all your patrons are weightlifters and young!

Honestly - I can't swear that it's easy to install IF you're as unhandy as I am. But because Brian in tech support is an absolute master on this instrument, a great teacher and a super sweet guy - I got it done fast and it was easy and fun. Works like a charm. Highly recommend working with this company.

Installation instructions were rather unclear. I would give the instruction guide a 2 out of 5. I managed to get the door-closer installed well enough though. The big issue is that the opener requires a lot of force to open. I think it uses a heavyweight spring mechanism that needs lots of force. (I used the exact measurements provided in the guide when installing so I don't think I made a mistake). Overall the quality of this gadget is meh. Maybe other manufacturers do a better job for the same price range.
