Long Handled Dustpan and Brush Set Lobby Dust Pan with Long Handle Sweeping Broom (Green)

Very pleased with the quality of the dust pan & brush. It Is also very good value for the price.And simple to put together.

Purchased this in Aug 2020. Almost 3 years of thrice daily use , its still going ... just !! Good points, it's lightweight, it tucks away behind the door, it does an excellent job. Copes with the mud, straw, grass, cr*p traipsed in from cows, sheep and horses on the farm plus dog and cat hair ..... honestly I'm both astounded and highly impressed that its lasted so long. Hair does tend to stick to the bristles but are easily removed. It's cheap as chips, saves me bending and saves hauling the vacuum cleaner out. Which my poor beleaguered back is jolly grateful for. The absolute only tiny gripe I have is that the handle, being made of aluminium, is flimsier than I'd like. However saying that it withstood being stood on by a hefty foot, emerging decidedly dented, slightly askew but unbroken. It's yet to need to restorative powers of either duck tape or baler twine, but at such a good price, might just order a new one when the time comes!

Very easy to put together, nice to use, sturdy enough, cheap enough. Essentially it does the job well.However, I have two issues (and these are the reason I'm now on my second dust pan and brush):1. The bristle cleaner eventually comes off and once that's happened it will pop off constantly. It's not a huge deal but might be annoying for some. With some good quality superglue mine is now staying put.2. The plastic trim along the dustpan that keeps it flush to the floor similarly comes loose and breaks quite easily (mine lasted months). This is a bigger issue as without it the product does become far less effective and most of what you're trying to sweep up will get stuck and not go into the dustpan. This is why I replaced it. I did order exactly the same dustpan and brush as I like everything else about it and I'm hoping this time that plastic trim lasts a little longer.

The material on the dustpan is very thin or weak and breaks easily. After short time there are bits missing off the dustpan and the black bit that helps the dirt go in has fallen off. We will glue it back in and see if that helps.The brush is quite soft, therefore you need a few goes to move dirt, and awkward to handle.It works OK but not a great product.

Good sturdy set. Have one in the house and one in the garage.

This set are perfect.handle is so long.very good quality.very strong.

Pity this does not flip up. A "T" handle would be better for my arthritic hands. However, so nice to have decent bright colours rather than boring old black.

Ich bin vollends zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Ich kann auch nicht nachvollziehen, warum hier andere Kunden beim zusammenbau Probleme hatten oder sich über lose Verbindungen zwischen Stil und Schaufel/Besen beschweren. Wenn man die Teile korrekt miteinander verschraubt halten sie bombenfest. Die Gummilippe ist für mich bei einem Kehrblech das wichtigste Teil. Bei dieser Schaufel ist sie so ausgeprägt, wie es sein soll: Sie liegt ohne Spalt direkt am Boden auf. Wenn man Besen und Schaufel mit dem Clip zusammenklippst, dann stehen dies Teile sicher auf der Schaufel und können so platzsparend aufbewahrt werden.Es gitb sehr wenige Schaufeln mit Stil am Markt, die eine feststehende Schaufel ohne diese für mich absolut überflüssigen Schaniere (und manchmal sogar einen lästigen Deckel). Solche Teile stehen nämlich in der Regel nicht alleine sondern müssen immer irgendwo an die Wand gehängt werden. Um so erfreuter war ich, mit diesem Produkt eine Ausführung mit feststehender Schaufel zu bekommen bei gleichzeitig hochwertigem material (Stile aus Metall) und einer soliden Verarbeitung. Das das dann alles auch noch aus Europa und nicht China kommt, erfreut mich um so mehr.
