A necessary book for clearing the ukcat
This is an excellent book with a huge variety of questions . Even though the kindle versions has certain formatting errors , the content is perfect .I believe that the quantitative reasoning section and the abstract reasoning section were exceptionally good and contain many questions that are in fact tougher than the actual ukcat questions and therefore help the reader prepare for the worst .Although , I have to admit that the decision making section of the book is not really challenging and contains certain types of questions that aren't asked in the ukcat .

Would be perfect with better formatting
While it suffers from some formatting issues on Kindle, the contents are worth the price twice over. The amount and also quality of questions is great, the tips and tricks for each section are useful. Highly recommended.

... Kindle version of the book and it works just fine. I yet have to take the test itself
I just got the Kindle version of the book and it works just fine. I yet have to take the test itself, so I can't really say it works preparation-wise, but as a right now it seems good enough.

This is a great book to aid in UKCAT preparation despite the text bubbles not being fully visible in some places.

Excellent
Really excellent content; the huge variety of questions is amazing and they are challenging enough that when you do your real exam you'll be fully prepared to produce good answers.

Good. Found the NSPCC system really useful for the abstract reasoning section.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I felt like the questions in this book were good for understanding the format of the exam and gave okay advice on how to maximise your score. However I also felt that not a lot of effort went into proofreading the book before it was published. There were way too many typos for my comfort, which sometimes impacted on how I interpreted a question. I ended up using another book to study instead.quick edit: I just remembered that there was one case where questions were repeated in some sections. So I am changing my rating to 2 stars. This book has a good range of questions but the finishing is sloppy and lacks attention to detail.

Terrible book
Even just the verbal reasoning section is full of errors. Firstly it states that you should not use extra information (only that which is given in the text) which is completely true. But then it states that certain answers are true/false rather than can't tell, due to extraneous information. It is incredibly infuriating to have a book which is supposed to guide and assist the undertaking of the UKCAT which is so poorly written and does more harm than good.

Really useful guide
Purchased to support learning for the UKCAT exam. It contained really useful example and the online information was bonus too. It worked as now studying medicine!

DM is too easy, and too short
Decent range of questions, but the constant typos and repeats of questions make you wonder if they proof read their book at all.VR is too short.DM is too easy, and too short.QR is decent.AR is great.SJT is good.
