The Theory and Practice of Change Management 4th ed. 2014 Edition

The book works well, doesn't leak, no rust, still under warranty and seems very well made.Seriously, not sure what else to say about a book but it was about $50 less expensive buying it here than through the bookstore in the university for a Graduate course my wife is taking.

I am unable to to attend this class, but I wanted the textbook anyways to self-study. I'm excited to add this to my library!

I love love love this book. I looked at the book and thought this was going to be the most boring book. I thought it was going to be the least understandable book. Never judge a book by its cover!

An ok book by writers from across the pond. Could use some more relevant American examples in the case studies.

Very concise write up of the topic in change management and leadership. However I got the book less than half the price and that makes it worth it. Otherwise it is too expensive here for my budget.

The content of the book is fine. No problem. I didn't purchase it on Amazon. I purchased through my school's textbook portal. I wouldn't recommend it. To my astonishment, it is poorly edited -- shocking for a scholarly work. Expect to see hard-to-read 25-line paragraphs throughout. This makes for a laborious and burdensome read. I'm sure there are better books out there. Avoid this one.
