Pencil Sharpener holder clamp missing.
I liked the product it is according to the specification and arrived within the expected date of delivery. The Pencil Sharpener holder clamp is missing in the shipment so each time when we use we have to hold it with one hand. The hole is present in the Pencil Sharpener where the clamp gets fitted. Earlier when I purchased the Pencil Sharpener they provided the holder clamp. Can you please look into the matter and get it solved, or we need to purchase it separately. KINDLY REPLY... THANK YOU.

THE sharpener for expensive art pencils. Period.
Perfect for sharpening the softer and more-brittle leads of (EXPENSIVE) colored pencils. No English instructions, but there's only one adjustment -- the red button on the center of the crank, and it's pretty obvious with In for a blunt tip on the lead, and Out for a VERY fine point. The pencil clamp works perfectly, allowing "freehand" use with one hand holding the sharpener down while the other turns the crank. Mine came with no surface clamp, though there's a slot for one in the base. The drawer for shavings holds tight and doesn't leak. Probably the most expensive sharpener I'll ever buy, but when you've got a pencil collection of 250+, some costing over three bucks EACH, you need a sharpener that doesn't "eat" excess pencil. This is the sharpener you want.
