I had to write to attempt to counteract some bad reviews...For starters, this is not the enema to buy because you're constipated. This is for a very specific consumer. If you don't understand what I mean by that, this product isn't for you, Linda."Poop gets in the holes." Um, gross. Like I said, this isn't for constipation. You should already be taking care of yourself. This is for using in the 10 minutes before your Scruff date arrives. If you were already backed up, you shouldn't've been swiping.This is the perfect size with the perfect amount of water to get railed all night with confidence. Others have too little (ineffective) or too much (those shower shots, which I'm guilty of purchasing in the past myself, can mess with your second sphincter and actually make problems a lot worse).As for the leaking and saying it spills all over the floor... the nozzle should be in the bulb not so that it is flush with the bulb, but so that it is recessed ever so slightly. That extra 1/8 inch in creates the seal.

Best design.
Ergonomic and easy to use. I fill it with warm water, apply lube and insert. Continue squeezing till most water is discharged and keep squeezing till you pull it out, so you don't have backflow. Hold solution in as long as possible. Repeat until discharge is clear. Fill bulb with soapy water and with nozzle on discharge to clean , then rinse but items and air dry. Lube provided is excellent and should be used with each application. Clean up with a wet wipe and you are ready to go.

Deep clean every time
I saw the positive and negative reviews but decided to give it a try. Personally I love this unit, it provides more water than the traditional old fashioned enema kit and this also delivers the water deeper inside. I insert the water during my shower then dry off and complete the mission. It's a great pre-treatment for long airplane/car/train rides or all-day outings where you don't want to stop and use the restroom. All-day clean guaranteed! I love it.

Fight back on being a victim of constipation!
The pros out weigh the cons of this item; being that it is easy to hold, very squishy and the spout can be reversed into the bottle for mobility and overall softness and no rough edges for pain. The cons would be that with this item being squishy, water or fluids runs out of the bottle when squeezed a little too hard. Even with the threading, it's very easy to pull or push the nozzle into the desired threading of the bottle without twisting. Easy to clean for the win. If you're a fan of enemas, this is for you!

Easy to use-if you do it right.
This item came on time and is as described- the tip is larger than average, but that should not be a problem. It's easy to use if you do it right.1. Fill the bulb with warm water or warm salt water (1 tsp) don't use anything else, EVER!2. Insert \screw on the tip firmly and place a generous amount of lubricant on the tip-be real close to your toilet.3. While you're on all fours, with your butt up in the air, gently insert the tip, while bearing down, like you're doing a number #2- this will make the tip easier to insert; don't force ANYTHING- you could hurt yourself.4. Gently and slowly squeeze the bulb until most of the water is where you want it- not all of the water will go in.5. While still squeezing the bulb, withdraw the tip- don't release the bulb until the tip is out of you, as the bulb will suck the water right back in again, or you'll make a mess-let go of the bulb when the tip is out-timing is everything.6. Sit on your toilet immediately- the water you put in there will be expelled pretty quickly by your body- and you're done.7. Thoroughly rinse, and clean the tip and bulb with warm, soapy water- and allow everything to dry before putting it away.I hope this helps

functional, smells horrendous
It works as advertised. The pungent smell is very offputting kinda like burning plastic. I tried to clean it with soap and air it out but the smell really sticks. Not sure how others put up with it, but I'm not going to use it.
