This item was an actual Bissell named belt. I bought this belt for a Bissell Lift-Off. I never thought to look for a vacuum belt thru Amazon. But Wal-Mart stopped carrying it. So I had to find another option instead of buying another vacuum cleaner.There was no problem with the quality of the belt or the installation. It took be about 5 minutes to replace the belt and start vacuuming again. The price was even cheaper than Wal-Mart before Wal-Mart discontinued this item.

Genuine filters for my vacuum. Can't get to excited about them. Will say they were what I was looking for at a good price. And, of course, shipping / packaging from Amazon was great. I know there are generic versions, but the small price savings just isn't worth giving up the strict standards of a manufacturer product.

Wow this really made a HUGE difference. Apparently my old vacuum belt had stretched and began to slip. When I installed the new belt my vacuum did a much much better job of getting the fine dirt and dog hair. My vacuum seemed to be working fine, the beater ran and the carpet seemed clean. Once I installed the new belt I saw just how poorly my vacuum had been cleaning. The only hint that my old belt was bad was a tiny hint of a burning rubber smell once in while. My advice is that if you even get a hint of that smell get a new belt you will be glad you did.

A bit tight than the original belt but that may have been because the original belt had stretched over the years. Popped off the bottom of the cleaner ... popped out the brush assembly ... slipped off the old belt and slipped the new belt over the drive shaft. Tight squeeze but the belt went over the shaft. Put belt around the brush assembly and pulled the belt and assembly into the housing making sure the brush assembly end bearings lined up and slide down freely into their slots in the housing. Rotated the brush assembly to assure the belt lined up. Reinstalled the bottom cover and ran the cleaner. No more slipping belt.

I thought I had blown the motor in my 15 year old Bissell but it turns out the belt had stretched and torn and had never been changed. I found the directions online now to change it and it was a quick install and is as good as new. They recommend changing at least once a year, not once every 15!

Bissell was out of the belts for my lift-off vacuum. I did a copy & paste of the model and this came up. While it gives a Model number (3200), along with Style 8 & 14 and a list of model numbers on the bottom of the package, there are no model and style numbers on my Bissell machine. I was going by the fact that this came up when I plugged in the exact information from Bissell. We got the part the next day and put it on. It fits, it spins the beater bar - until you sit the vacuum upright and it touches the carpet. The old, stretched out belt easily fit inside the new belt, so clearly this is not for all "lift-off multi-cyclonic" vacuums, as the package states. This, however, is not necessarily the fault of the seller, rather maybe Bissell and whoever tagged this with the wrong part number (seller?, writer of the listing? tagging? I don't know). I was able to get a refund and my husband was able to find the actual part on his work computer (we often get widely varying responses to the exact same search). This is a genuine Bissell part and came in original, unopened package quickly. Just not the right part, even though my search was very specific.

Ordered this to replace my belt that snapped in my bissell vacuum. Took less then 5 mins to replace it and it works like brand new now. Shipping did not take long at all.
