It fit under rear seat. Great price!
2004.5 Chevy Silverado 2500hd. It is difficult to find sub boxes to fit this configuration. Fits with a few inches to spare, side to side and front to back. The seat does touch the enclosure, and it vibrates with the subs. Knowing it would touch the box is reason I went down fire setup. Went with this one for the money, I couldn't do it myself for that price. As other reviews mentioned, get better speaker box connectors. Barely pulled on speaker wires, came right out. Works great, put a set of skar 10" with 1400watt amp.700watts per speaker. Box is sealed no ports or insulation.

2500HD Crew Cab System
I'm not one for writing a review on a product. I've owned probably every configuration of this style GM truck (99-07 Classic) standard cab, extended cab, & crew cab, every single single truck had some sort of subwoofer setup. I'm very capable of building a custom box & have done so in the past. My goal was to build an entire system for under $1000. First I started with my head unit, it had to be a double din & capable of having 2 camera inputs. I ended up with a Kenwood DDX574 ( about $260) & wiring harness/ control unit for steering wheel controls (Crux SOS17 about $80). I do have the Bose system with console subwoofer (non lux amp). I purchased a Kicker amp wiring kit (CK4 about $70) that included everything I needed to set up my amp. I also purchased a Rockford Fosgate "short post" battery terminal (about $8) because the GM side post battery terminals suck to tap into. The debate I had was what box to use. I've had behind the seat setups but the sound was never to my liking and I had a great experience with a ProBox down firing system in my old extended cab. I had 2-12's kicking around that I wanted to use but fell short when I found out that no one makes a box for our trucks to fit 12's. Hours of research brought me to this Atrend box. How anyone can build a box this cheap & provide free shipping is beyond me (about $90). It's not worth me running to the depot buying a sheet of mdf & muscling it around, never mind cutting it , sealing it, & carpeting it. I would have to buy some 10's but I was still within budget. Box came in a cardboard box (smaller then I imagined) but was in good shape, no damage. It was sealed internally. I'm not one for speaker terminals so I left them in place. You will have to remove the jack & bracket from under the seat. I discarded it because that little jack does nothing for a 7" lift kit. The box fit perfectly between brackets with no cutting of the brace. There is room to shift forward or backward & there is a sweet spot so the seats latch. I wired the entire system in a day holding off on the amp & speakers. Best Buy was a a short distance away & grabbed a set of single voice coil Kicker Comp S's (about $60 each). It didn't sit well with me that the speaker needed 1 cubic foot & the Atrend box spec'd about .65cf. I stuffed it with insulation (not much enough to just fill the box. I drilled a 3/8" hole between to run the subs parallel & drilled another 3/8" hole out of the back for direct wiring to the amp. I ended up with a Rockford Fosgate Prime class D amp (500 watt RMS) and 2 ohm stable (about $120) set the amp about 60% & tuned her by ear. Holy S#it this thing bumps, I tried every song in my playlist that had some bass, I was impressed, but had concerns of the volume of the box itself with the subs. I ended up buying another set of subs to compare. With solid 5 star reviews I purchased a pair of Polk DB 1040's. (About $50 each) These were a perfect pairing of cubic volume of the box. I'm breaking in the Polks in now but hands down returning the Kicker Comps. This setup SLAMS!!... To the point where it feels like I'm inside of the box. The fit & finish of the box is awesome, the only downside of the box is the fact you can't put the backrest of the seat all the way down. Also, after detailing my truck the other day I noticed sitting in the seat is a little uncomfortable. The bump in the box (magnet bump) doesn't allow the seat to have the cushion or flex the factory intended. My kids are happy either way, they love the bass under them. I hope my experience helps, I spent a total $720 on the entire setup & was very happy with the end result. I purchased everything here on Amazon & compared to what some of the local stores in my area wanted for these products I would have definitely touched that $1000 budget. Please note, I did wire & install everything myself. Happy Bumping

Didn’t fit my truck.
I’m not sure what’s up with all the mixed reviews. Some people say it fits perfectly and others say it doesn’t fit at all. All I know is it didn’t fit in my truck. I have a 2005 Silverado Crew Cab. I tried notching it out to fit around the bars on the floor and the seats still won’t latch. I cut everything I could off of it. It seems to be a pretty good quality box for the money, but it doesn’t do much good if it won’t fit under the seat.

Best Box For The $$$, Don't Forget To Order Some New Terminals
First off, I had to look a long time to find a box that would supposedly fit under the seat of my 2004 GMC 2500HD Crew Cab. Came down to this box and the box that SubThump makes for this truck. Pretty much that is your two options if you are looking for a box to fit in this truck. The subthump box had good reviews although they were hard to find and not very many of them. This box has what I would call mixed reviews. The subthump box costs a good $60 more than this one when you factor in shipping charges. I decided to go with the Atrend box from Amazon because of the free prime shipping and I knew that if it came to my house damaged that Amazon would take it on return. Since I decided to go with this box, I was prepared for the possibility that I might have to caulk the inside of the box and maybe change out the terminals. A small price to pay for a $60 difference in price compared to the subthump box. To my surprise, the Atrend box arrived in an undamaged box and looking inside noticed that every seam was glued and caulked. I was fully expecting at least one corner of the box to be somewhat damaged just from rough handling in shipping transit. I am pretty pleased with this box so far. It does fit exactly under my rear seat of my Crew Cab 2500HD. It actually has probably 2"-3" of free space front to back under the seat. The side to side fit is exactly as it should be, tight. I put a pair of Rockford Fosgate 10" P1's in and they fit. The depth of this box is ok for a good pair of subs, the only problem I could possibly see would be if the magnet on the bottom of the subs is too wide. Then you might contact the side of the box. I did have to change out the terminals on this box. The ones that came with my box would not even grip the wire. It's like they got a bad batch from the manufacturer or something. But hey, for $99 this box cannot be beat. I would recommend it to anyone with an 01' - 07' classic crew cab HD truck. Just be sure and order a good set of terminals from Amazon when you order the box.

Fit the sundown v3 with some adjustments
I ordered this box, and a sundown v3 E-10.I thought it would fit, but it didn’t. I was able to cut 2, 5/8” plywood spacers which allowed the sub to fit. I then added a 5/8” spacer to raise the box off the floor a tad.Doing this the sub fit, and my seats still close and latch over the box. Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my amp. But I was happy to get the sundown to fit.I like that the sub ports are sealed off from one another. I only put 1 sub in for now. And couldn’t find any single box that would fit under the seat.Maybe I’ll edit this once I hear sound from it.This was for a 03, 2500 HD crew cab. And it fit perfect, with enough space to even raise the box up.

Perfect
Fits perfect in a 2006 Silverado 2500 crew cab 6.6 duramax. Put your own silicone on to add extra strength. They put it on but I put more. It was a beautiful box perfect shape

Good son box
Good product, fit well and the seats latched just fine. Relaxed the speaker terminals, those were cheap

Wrong for my truck
Box is nice and quality is decent, you have to wire from the quick connect to the sun yourself, do NOT but this box of you have a regular crew cab 1500. Apparently it is made for heavy duty modules and will not fit in a regular 1500. I had to cut the hell out of the box and the rear seats still won’t fully close on it. But that’s my fault for not reading beignet before purchase.
