Amazing customer service
My very finicky cats did not like the beds. The beds are soft and pliable. To my human brain the beds seemed very soothing.I requested a return and the seller said they would refund me but I didnt need to return the product. What an amazing attitude. Bravo to the seller for their kindness.

Must have for cats
My cat really likes this bed. It’s not quite as plush as I expected though. It looks more like a normal pet bed rather than a bean bag type thing like I expected but I don’t mind because my cat loves it. He lays in it for hours every day and it keeps him warm and cozy despite being next to the drafty door in winter.

Not as puffy as it seems to be in the pictures..maybe it will puff up more as it is moved around??

Bait and switch! Don’t buy, you aren’t getting the bed in the picture!
So the picture makes it look like the bed is really deep and fluffy - it isn’t. The outside material is soft, but the filling is minimal and very clumpy. We ordered two and both are just sort of sad flat things. Imagine someone sitting on a doughnut what it would look like when they got up and you’ve got what these beds are like. For the price and picture I expected a lot more.

Keeps Sofa Cleaner - Cats love them
I found a smaller one at a thrift store and my cats practically fought over it but it was really too small. Found this one and ended up getting two. Cats not only look adorable but they prefer them to the furniture - so much easier to keep clean too. I just throw them in the wash with the bathroom rugs, etc. and easy-peasy all clean and fluffy again.

Cameron my dachshund loves it. It’s soft and fluffed right up after coming vacuum sealed. Cozy and a medium was a perfect size for my small dog. Good but for what you pay for

Perfect place for Morlty
At first, neither of my cats had any interest in this cat bed. So, before giving it away, I tried a little catnip sprinkled on it. That worked to entice our male cat Morty. Now there's no way to move his butt from his furry bed in front of the fireplace. He loves this. Luckily his sister has not shown any interest in it thus far.

Do not buy
I like the color & the softness.There was not enough filling to hold the shape & on the bottom to provide a cushion. I was very disappointed. 2 stars. Do not buy.
