They don't dim very far
I have some LEDs that I know can dim down to almost nothing, so I know it's not the LEDs. Yes, you can adjust the lowest dimming level, but the steps aren't fine enough. Either they don't even turn on or they're too bright.

Bad out of box
Product was greatly priced, for a reason, didn’t work out the box. I had my customer extremely excited for there new light to be shipped in and dimmable after installation. Turns out dimmer didn’t work at all, shame, other legrand products have been great.

Induce heavy flicker on LED lights. Do not buy
Poor quality dimmers that create a heavy flicker in LED lights. Completely unusable

Not as advertised: Cannot dim really low nor switch off completely LED lights.
The good thing is that the price for these two (a master dimmer and a remote for the other 3-way switch) was exactly half of the price at Lowe's.It is also very aesthetic, and all together it works. HOWEVER, I use it for a chandelier with 16 (halogen-like) LED lights, that all together consumes very little power. I selected this dimmer-set because it did NOT specify a minimum power (as other electronic dimmers). I selected it because it has a built in self calibration so that the whole dimming range spans the minimal (still stable) current, all the way to the max brightness. I selected it because it stated that it works well with LED lighting.Well, not only that the minimum (after multiple calibrations) is still not really dim, the lights stay slightly on even when I turn them OFF. Granted, the power is very low and my electric bill will probably not suffer much, but this is very disappointing and NOT as advertised. If you really want to have a dark room, stay

Too complicated
These switches don’t work if they share power with anything else (ie not on a dedicated circuit.) we had lights flickering, only working from one location, and not working at all. Switched out to Leviton and had no more issues.

Doesn't dim the lights fully, otherwise...
Pros- it works- It looks good- has memory function for last setting- can hit button twice to light it full brightnessCons- Doesn't dim the lights fully, which totally sucks. Unless you use dim lights, which defeats the purpose of a dimmer.- The functionality is not obvious between 2 buttons.
