Awesome!
If you have never tried this please do. It is not too sweet, makes water so yummy and you don't need a lot at all. Good for you too since it has barley in it - don't let that put you off. This is so much better than those sugary additives they sell in the store. I have it on hand all the time. Super refreshing any time.

Beat the heat thirst quencher
It has been 4 years since I last ordered this, and I had forgotten how good it is. It really is the best summer thirst quencher, especially when working outside in the garden. I was a bit worried reading some of the recent reviews saying their bottles were out of date – no problem, mine are all dated for 2025.

Makes staying hydrated so much easier.
To keep everything moving I have to drink 48-64 ounces of water a day. There is no way I can drink that as plain water. On the other hand flavored bottled water is obnoxiously overpowering and tastes kind of fake. I mix this concentrate with twice as much water as recommended and I can drink down my daily water needs with just a pleasant light flavor.

I always keep this on hand
Sometimes it takes a little shopping around to find the best deal on Robinson's Lemon Barley Water. It is such a good product that it is hard to find on occasion. I love to add it to iced tea or just cold water over ice. Mixed straight with a shot of whiskey, it makes a super-easy whiskey sour!

I love this stuff
I love this stuff. After stumbling on it in a small Scottish bakery, I looked for it on Amazon and found that I cold buy it in three and four packs. Supposedly, barley water has a lot of health benefits but in truth, I drink it for the taste. It tastes like a very strong, nicely sweet lemonade. The bottle recommends mixing a 4:1 ratio of water to barley water but I prefer it much stronger and mix it 1:1.** Update 08/29/2023 **-------------------After seeing another review, where someone had mentioned that they'd changed the product and now make it with Aspartame, I wrote the manufacturer directly to comment on it. Here's the response I received:"Hi StevenThanks for reaching out - we always love to hear from our consumers!Just to put your mind at ease: there haven't been any changes to our Lemon Barley water recipe. Our Lemon Barley water does contain saccharin as a sweetener, but there have been no changes or additions to the formula our consumers know and love. It also doesn't contain any aspartame.Hope this helped!Kind RegardsTeam Robinsons"------------

A Healthful Lemon Drink
Before breakfast, every morning, I enjoy about two Tablespoons of this diluted with water, to which I add a powdered health-food drink, two teaspoons of honey, or sugar-free syrup, four chunks of fresh lemon with seeds removed but maintaining the rind (eaten whole, to help ward-off cancer), a package of sugar-free SPLENDA sweetener, and two teaspoons of apple-cider vinegar. The vinegar, I found, taken again before lunch but not with lemon barley water, and just with honey/sugar-free syrup and water, helps counteract varicose veins. This regime taken for many years, to counteract allergic rhinitis (nasal allergies) and to build up my immune system, together with other supplements, seems to have worked for me, as at 80, all recent lab. tests from drawn blood have proven to be well within the normal range.

Poor quality
This product was delivered with brown staining on the inside of the bottle. I then didn't want to drink it
