Fantastic starter kit... Had an issue with one tip breaking. E-mailed mfg and they are resolving by sending an updated replacement. Handled very quickly, replacement part received within the week.

This was the most desired thing I ordered. There were only two roller balls one was missing. And perhaps the most confusing was one piece was not manufactured correctly, it was unfinished, on one end the hole was too small and the other end did not have the black coating. I am very disappointed, and would never buy from this vender again.

This tool is too thick for tight jobs. But does work great as advertised.

Good kit to start out with and get some practice. the suction cup for the line board doesn't suck or it does not sure how to put that haha. and the line board could be bigger but other than that an overall good kit.

I was so excited to buy this kit for dent removal from my 2015 chevy silverado but unfortunately I made the dent worse. I thought that the high price would mean a Great easy product but boy was I wrong. From a dent now it has an very uneven surface such as high spots and low spot even after I followed directions. The small magnetic balls keep falling off. To finish it off the magnetic catcher scratched my paint. This is not easy as it is advertised. I ADVISE to take it to a reputable PDR professional instead of doing it yourself. Now I have to pay someone $450 to sand it down and repaint it because my mistake is unfixable.
